Des Moines Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teen with medical problems. Fifteen-year-old Maritza Tello is 5 feet 3 inches tall and 140 pounds, grown hair and brown eyes, with a birthmark on her right cheek.
She may be in a 1991 silver Olds Cutlass Supreme. Her family says she left without appropriate clothing and has medical problems. If you have any information, you are asked to call Des Moines Police.
