No disrespect to your thoughts and point of view but WC’s body language are far from that of a socially awkward individual. Behavioral analysis has been practiced for many years by investigators. If you’re a trained observer you can distinguish between social ineptitude and high anxiety while answering questions. WC may just be a guy, no doubt, but it’s my opinion that his body language contradicts much of what he said. Now, he may not care one bit about a missing girl and may even find it amusing. Feigning concern for the situation could account for some of his tells and erasures.
I was in no way talking about his body language - just his attire and verbal responses - just to clarify

I have never posted on any forum but here, now. I may be wrong in my suspect. I only hope they catch whoever did this.... Nope. My first post with limited info about my suspect was deleted.... I must have broken the rules somehow.

What led you to this person? I guess, what started you on that trail if it's someone who's not yet been mentioned anywhere? Not doubting, I just like to see the groundwork, especially if you found a Utah connection!

MSM has referenced there are currently approx. 88,000 people in the USA listed as "missing".

If true - I'm amazed the amount of resources given to this case.

You have to break down the missing further to those that are determined to be abduction and/or in immediate danger.

They are categorized in different ways I'm sure. Minor child, not runaway/Amber Alert would get highest priority.

This case has a LOT of media attention right now. I'm not sure the number of active resources deployed (though someone probably has that info).

Absolutely plausible. Could just as easily be a lucky coincidence than an intentional act to mislead.

I've recently driven past WC's location - from the hard road you head west on a gravel road to the second property - the first property (on the corner of the hard road and gravel road) is where the hog confinement is.

No human arm could throw something from the hard road and have it land on WC's property - well maybe the 6 Million Dollar Man or the Bionic Woman!

I've also been wondering if scent dogs followed her jogging trail. Does anyone know?
I think they were using cadaver dogs in the searches, but not on the jogging trail. I remember reading that i think from a local person, but dont ask which thread! I think there is away to search for specific topics but I haven't tried it yet.

Which one had the powerful arm. I forget.

They don't have to throw anything. And the Fitbit "coordinates" led to the hog confinement which is on the hard road.

There’s no doubt he was nervous, but why exactly? Maybe he has general anxiety about law enforcement from his previous contacts. Maybe he is uncomfortable in front of crowds, or reporters with cameras. There is no doubt he has shown himself to be very nervous, but there are reasons other than the obvious nefarious ones that could be the cause.
I agree. There were a few questions the reporter asked WC that made me believe he just doesn’t care about the situation. Trying to pretend to care about a missing woman when you actually couldn’t care less would come off as very awkward. The one question I wish the reporter would have pushed was at the very end of the interview. The reporter alluded to WC telling the FBI to go away and the investigators saying a “snide remark” as they left. Doesn’t seem to be informational visits and more adversarial.
PS your contribution to this thread are much appreciated. I enjoy reading and pondering different perspectives and yours and others are well thought out.

I see on Twitter that she "liked" a few tweets on the 18th, but how do you know what time? I'm not that familiar with Twitter, so just wondering how to find out the times of likes.
The last one she liked was posted by the original poster on July 18 at 5:08 pm.

You know this? I haven’t seen that confirmed.

If you are an expert in reading body language, you should get verified as an expert in this area on the site.
I’ll get that squared away soon. For now take everything I say with a grain of salt.

If I remember correctly from when someone posted a rough map from Brooklyn to WC's location, it's on what goes for a highway or at least a decent sized north-south road - maybe an abductor got "lucky" and disabled the cell phone while driving by his place. The Fitbit would show that as the last location.

Sorry - I replied to the wrong post earlier - the following reply was meant for this post......

I just finished a recent graduate course on Grief and Loss. Right now, psychology programs are increasing skills for suicide prevention and counseling. It is common for a professor to share music, articles, etc. You even write your own burial service so MT's posting is not surprising at all. It is a preparation process throughout psychology.

Everything We Know About The Disappearance Of University Of Iowa Student Mollie Tibbetts indicates that the Fitbit "pinged" (which is inaccurate in a few different ways but it's close enough) at the hog farm.

Note this could of course be completely incorrect information. However given that they were specifically searching pig farms, I'm not sure which ones, perhaps the Fitbit stopped transmitting near several such farms.

LE has released nothing about the case. How do you know that the fitbit pinged to the hog confinement specifically?
