I have seen them have to give details to judge, to be sure I guess. And if he admits specific things, he would be unable to say he did not understand what pleading guily meant.

I wouldn't think he would have to talk at all. Except maybe to say, yes, no , or "guilty"

I thought the blood on her head may have been from when he caught her. If he more or less tackled her, her head may have slammed into the pavement and knocked her out. Unfotunately, there are too many ways things could have happened, and none of them is good. MOO

Thats for sure! ( last statement) No confusion there! Thanks for adding the part about the head injury. I think it could have occurred at the time he chased her down, either while knocking her to the ground, or maybe striking her with an object to quickly subdue her.

I have had such a difficult time believing that Mollie would run East on 385 Ave, but the incident started at 7:45 PM and the location is East on 385 Ave, so, difficult as that is to believe, it's most likely.

If we look at just that which we know, most reports have Mollie starting her run at 7:30. At 7:45, an incident regarding Mollie occurred near 1900 385 Ave. That's about 2 miles from the house-sit (rough guess). Can runners weigh in about 2 miles in 15 minutes?

That incident ends at a specific time of 8:28. I suppose that's related to heart beat, but we can't be sure. It seems a bit too specific to be something different. The body was found SE of Guernsey, and without adding anything to the story, that's where Mollie was murdered at 8:28PM on July 18, 2018.

My fitbit doesn't require charging: it operates on my movement.
One battery, every year.
Each night I take it off, and it resets every morning, when I wear it.
Guess there are many types.
If I wasn't moving, my fitbit, would keep my last steps etc displayed until next day: I think mine is a 24 hour cycle.

So its not really the battery that would be the problem its if the fitbit goes too far from the phone then it can't send any data anymore?

How long does it take to drive from 1900 385 Ave - straightest backroads route possible leading directly to the cornfield?

If the abduction occurred at 7:45, would they be at the cornfield before 8:00?

Absolutely not. If CR were allowed to plead to a lesser charge this whole state would riot.

Those were your words not mine. I only said there will be no trial. I don't think the plea will be downward on the charges but maybe more as the other poster stated of better prison accommodation s. I guess we'll wait and see!

It might just be that CR has visited his ex girlfriends Facebook page and seen that Mollie is one of her friends; they might of met and talked; we just don't know; and it's wrong to dismiss it.

Prince Harry has never watched 'Suits'; didn't know who she was; they were introduced by a 'mutual' friend.

Brooklyn is a small town 1400 of people; People of a similar age probably knew each others business; word of mouth etc.

Do you think he’s in general population or in a solo cell? With high profile cases sometimes the suspect is not placed with general population.

I don’t think she knew him. He’s one of those gross guys that “collects” women online. I block guys like that, personally. He probably saw her social media posts, as they were all public, and also around town since it’s a small place. It’s not that complicated. And this guy isn’t that bright. I’m pretty confident he’s below average intelligence. He crumbled (at least somewhat) under LE pressure because it was easy to do. My question is more about when he actually arrived here. It’s not like he’s ever been honest about that part. I read he came here “as a kid” but that would mean a lot longer than 4-7 years ago.

Police have made a statement that they are unable to connect the victim with the suspect, other than through murder. I can't think of any reason to not believe this.

They don't know a lot of things; it's still an ongoing investigation; just because they have a suspect, it doesn't mean they have stopped investigating.

A 2 mile run should be about 15 minutes, which means that if Mollie started her run at 7:30, running more or less straight down De Moines to Boundary, she could have been in the area of 1900 385 Ave at 7:45. CCTV has the suspect and Mollie at Boundary/Middle, but we don't know what time that was.

Mollie was abducted near 1900 385 Ave at approximately 7:45PM. Something happened at 8:28PM to mark the end of the "time of incident upper range", and it was most likely in the cornfield SE of Guernsey.
