Ted said it best on Court TV....the defense is trying to put as much verbiage & time AWAY from the Prosecutions case ...so it is forgotten.

This IMO is right up there with the Henry Segura trial...the cartel did it.

George says he first talked to Dalton Jack on July 25 at the Brooklyn Fire Department. He says Dalton was cooperative, talkative, concerned and didn't seem very emotional. He said it was important to get facts from Dalton. @KCRG

Agent George says Dalton told him he was working with a bridge crew in Dubuque area, "he was up there as I recall on the 17th of July and came back July 19th." Frese asks if Dalton said he was working on July 16th. State is objecting to this line of questioning.

OK, so this agent testified that Dalton was in DBQ on the 17th, 18th and 19th. He does not remember if he was there on the 16th. Mollie disappeared on the 18th.
