OMG well I must be frickin psychic...
the murder is saying HE was kidnapped and last saw Mollie at 385th and 200th
and of course the crouch down in the car when he is driving....
I mean seriously....each of us can play by play all of this before he says it.

to Quote Warwick7
I said awhile back if he is a narcissistic person like Tammy Moore, then he'll go ahead and take the stand, at this point my personal opinion is--a narcissistic killer would only take the stand.

Well I totally agree. And he has a great track record for using the system....

Two English speakers...totally cover up and in SWEATERS in July, kidnap him out of the blue to go grab a jogger..oh and he remembers exactly where...just not what anyone looks like or what happened.
And he can answer ALL English questions with no problem.

This guy really is evil. A brand new story. He really is bold.

I actually logged out of work to get on here. Just wow.
So, please put questions for the prosecution out here.....I hope they nail him.

I feel so bad for her family.
It’s like killing her twice.

I'm waiting for CBR to allege one of the masked men was Dalton -- you know that's coming!!

I can hear it coming! The bigger masked ninja, yelled out (while crouched down in the Malibu hugging a golden pinata), "For Jordan!!"

I can not believe his attorney's are even going down ths rabbit hole and allowing this nonsense. I wonder if the jury about fell out of their chairs.

And now we know he used to have a camouflaged knife that no one found.

This is truly an insult to everyone’s intelligence. Unless CBR insisted on spinning this tale in court himself, I can’t imagine his lawyers would want this. How embarrassing for them, even if they are scum.

They had to put him on the stand because none of this is supported by any of the evidence. Nobody at this house saw 2 strange men
This is going to go down in history as one of the worst mistakes by a defense team.

BTW There's no one else in his car:

oh they were crouching down though remember? I really am floored that this is the story. I actually could have believed that someone else was framing him or something, but hearing this version there is no way I believe this. This was broad daylight at 630 when this person came to his house. If this was what really happened then why:

1. didn't the defense review the surveillance footage of his car going to town earlier to get the vacuum. That could be easily verified by knowing his route to the uncles house and pulling cameras from that area or even the same footage from the man just an hour or two earlier. It was all saved.

2. phone records that show he called his uncle about this vacuum as he said he did

3. did nobody at the farm see 2 masked men coming and going..

4. how did the 2 masked me get to his house? Where was their car? Did they leave their strange car at his house for all to see? Did they walk from town to his house in masks?

I'm sure there is more, but I am just floored.

Also, if the defense is Dalton did it or the girl he cheated with.. why kill Molly? She testified that if she wanted to get with him, he would leave Molly. Didn't sound like she wanted that. Molly wasn't in the way if Dalton said he would leave her. Why would either of them have a reason to kill Molly? I would believe that if there was any evidence that they talked about getting rid of her, if the girl was obsessed and refused to leave Dalton alone then it could be concluded she had a reason to get rid of Molly. I don't think anyone proved there was a motive based on what was said to harm Molly. I also don't see any other person having a reason to harm her either.. she was the one who de-escalated things, didn't have a single enemy.

Four words: Jose Baez, Casey Anthony.
It worked for them.

I would have loved to see the juries face when the two ninjas were introduced.

Listening to replay… Ninjas were wearing sweaters. In July. In Iowa. So their sweaty alleles should be all over the Malibu.

And they were never seen on video sneaking through the streets.

And he never mentioned anything of this to LE until just now?

I knew the reward money would come into play. This is how he knew where the body was.

This is a story that happens in movies. I can’t believe they are going with this.

The man in the front seat...crouched down on the floor boards...with the knife...

I am dying listening to this crazy s*&%! How can anyone keep a straight face in the court room?! Is this actually for real??

I guess we are getting little details. Like she was running towards Brooklyn on the country road. I wonder if she saw his car coming yet again and was trying to get back into public view.

Her ninja was a swimming pool though.
Her ninja was allegedly being traumatized by her dad. I'm betting this story will be he was traumatized by the kidnapping and didn't think he'd be believed.

GAWD even court tv is making fun of the story...
"I came out of the shower and two masked men in SWEATERS (in July) were in my living room."!

oh and they had a cammo knife...well now we know..hunting fishing knife just like we thought.

Geez is he trying to say gun-toting DJ and a friend/brother kidnapped a "mexican" (cuz DJ is racist) to go kill Mollie (with a knife even though they had guns) so he can be with snapchat hottie JordYn?

just wow
