Couldn't all this be more grounds for ineffective counsel?

New book, How to use ninja's as your alibi

And THERE it is...they will kill my baby momma and daughter

Yeah there it is......
I’ve seen murderers swear on their children’s lives

If his phone was along for the ninja ride, why didn't we see any of his cell data?

  • #165
And how did the two sweater clad Ninjas get out of the cornfield?
Oh what...the giant space ship came down like Close Encounters and picked them up.
they break into his home...with no vehicle...have him drive them around to a cornfield...and then teleport to Starship Enterprise?

The ninja's took his keys and his phone. threatened his family and to a wait a few minutes and leave. But he didn't have his keys. The trunk was open and there was Mollie!
...and he used his phone to get home

Mollie's family and friends must be absolutely enraged about these lies.

They have to present the defense their client wants, but man, they should have quit before putting this ninja fantasy mess into the record.

“Did she have her shorts on?”
“Yes. One of her shoes was missing.”
“What did you do next?”
He should have answered...”I found her shoe and put her shoe back on”

Didn’t we see a photo of Mollie’s shoes on her feet in the cornfield. Liar liar pants on fire.

I doubt it, he is just changing his story. The client has the right to get up on the stand and tell his story. I am sure his council told him what could happen.

Not likely. This line of defense can only be with his approval. Unless he is going to later say he never claimed these things and his attorneys just made it all up.

  • #172
OMG he's bringing the other guy into this?

How is he supposed to leave by their command if he didn't have his keys??!!

Judge is letting her get away with asking a lot of leading questions. I would be objecting to most of those.

I’m hoping that is an indication they plan on demolishing on cross.

sounds like a rapper name....DJ Ninja
for real????
wtf
he is basically re-raping/murdering Mollie, her family, DJ, and DJs family
only a true narc gets his bold @ss on the stand and does that..same kind of person who would just take a girl like that.
I don't think it was Ninjas. Sounds more like the Mexican Cartel.

Spaceship headlight pattern expert reporting for duty. Can confirm, this happens often.

Eeeeek!!!!!
Finally, the Uli Felix connection is answered. CBR wants us to believe the banditos were Dalton and Felix. Felix was the youth that Laura Calderwood took in so he could complete his senior year (friend of Scott Tibbetts).

His story reminds me of the outrageous story Casey Anthony told at trial. I really hope there is a different result.

So these masked men killed her and dragged her body to the car and put her in the trunk
