Something that made me upset with Frese was inserting both Dalton and Felix into the scenario then immediately adding that he isn’t saying it was them. Just planting seeds of doubt for the lies.

That was super sleazy of the defense attorneys.

I think CBR is doing a calculated hail Mary...
throw it all out there ...same story only he is victim in Mollie's place and hope something sticks to a juror..and throw anyone under the bus to get there as needed, especially anyone who would be against him/knows he did it.

Let's just hope it doesn't stick.
Does anyone know the ratio needed for conviction?

Never thought I could be more disgusted with a defense the way I was in Casey Anthony's trial, until today. Even her defense was more believable than this. I was disgusted with Jose Baez for throwing anyone he could under the bus, but this takes the cake.

IMO I think the defense team put DJ & UF in the story. I guess he came up with this story because I would hope defense would not do this but surely he was fed some information that helped him concoct this tale!

There is NO WAY he came up with that on his own.

That could be a good sign. Jurors writing down all the things in his story that don't make sense. His story carefully weaves in and around to match the known facts, but is just so outlandish its crazy.

How? Without the keys?

° He fabricated she was fully dressed.
She was found wearing only socks and her sports bra (which was pushed up to her neck).

Her clothes were 24 feet or more away from her body.

***We had all wondered about about a third place she was taken to. Now we have "a white house."

If I remember correctly, isn't Felix the student that Mollie's mother took in to live with them so that he could finish high school? And that Felix was a friend of Mollie's brother? So CBR and his defense are throwing Dalton Jack and Felix under the bus, setting them up as the mysterious ninjas who wanted Mollie gone? Two people who had what CBR couldn't have, the love of Mollie and the love of her family.
