I don't know if he ever said anything about dragging her yesterday, but in the affidavit (probably useless now), he did say he "dragged her by foot" before carrying her. If her meant he dragged her by her feet, that could possibly have pushed or rolled her bra up. But that still doesn't explain the shorts and underwear being away from the body. There was no testimony either way to predation or scavenging by animals to her body other than possibly explaining missing bones and a tooth (which I suspect was damaged by the check m cheek injury).
Yes, in the beginning he did say he dragged her part of the way. I think there's a good chance she put up a fight. I think the cuts on the sports bra were caused when he stabbed her in the back and chest. I think he only recently added the part about covering her "partially" in order to fit his narrative. I certainly don't believe he did it to protect her from the sun. He didn't want the body to be found. Imo

I'm wondering if the prosecution is going to call a witness to prove DJ's alibi. They are discussing it on court TV right now.

Can prosecution recall CBR to testify and can CBR refuse?

Wilson says on July 18 (date Mollie Tibbetts was kidnapped and killed), Dalton Jack worked from 5:30A-7P in Dubuque. Saying he logs his workers' hours, they don't do it themselves. @KCCINews #BahenaRiveraTrial

Testifies that Dalton Jack went back to the hotel after 7P -- and he saw him after 7p. @KCCINews #BahenaRiveraTrial

Brown now moves to July 19. "We started at 5:30 that day, we knew rain was coming so we just wanted to put in a good work day before," Wilson says. They worked until lunch until the rain began.

How far a drive is Dubuque? A couple of hours?

  • #812
"I was asked to give Dalton an alibi" maybe there was a better way to say that

Wilson testifies that Jack worked from 5:30-7 on July 19 as well. Noticed that he was acting down that day, kind of sad. Says later on the day, he hadn't spoken to #MollieTibbetts in 18 hours, and it was concerning. @KCCINews #BahenaRiveraTrial

Says he gave Jack the day off Friday so he could go back and look for her. Then Wilson says he left the jobsite early to go back and assist in search efforts.

Cross-examination now. Jennifer Frese: Do you recall if you were ever interviewed? Wilson: I got a cellphone call from an @FBI
agent. - Call lasted for 3 minutes - Asked about Dalton - Was not subpoenaed.

I hoped they were going to go this route and shore up the alibi.

Wilson says he left to join the search for #MollieTibbetts about 9 am the next day, Friday. Dalton had already left the day before to find Mollie. Says it was a little over two hours from the bridge work site in Dubuque to Brooklyn.

Cross-exam. "When were you contacted about testifying at this trial?" Jennifer Frese asks. "Actually a couple weeks ago by the sheriff. [...] Technically to give Dalton an alibi."

Wilson says he did give the work records to verify his testimony recently, but not in 2018. "The records that you relied on you just looked at in the last couple weeks?" "Yes."

Frese: Do you recall drinking the day you got rained out (7/19)? Wilson: Yes. Says Dalton Jack helped him drive that day because he couldn't drive owing to company policy. @KCCINews #BahenaRiveraTrial

oh oh, they only worked until lunch?

They’re talking about July 19, not the day Mollie went missing. DJ worked to 7pm July 18th.

J. Frese wants to know if Wilson was drinking that night. Says he was, but "followed the law" and didn't drive.

Frese asks about Wednesday night (18th). "If Dalton Jack originally told law enforcement he showered and then watched Rush Hour 1" could he confirm? "It's hard to remember it was three years ago."
