In a motion for bond review, Megan Staude's lawyer said she is not a danger to the public or a flight risk. They also said the $1 million cash-only bond is 'constitutionally excessive,' according to the Eight Amendment right to reasonable bail.
My mind can't comprehend how two different adults both decide this kind of thing is okay.
She was visibly pregnant but neither she nor her parent had any plan for the delivery or caring for the baby? Both ignored him for 2 days and then did this, of all things?
