The Iowa Department of Public Safety issued the Amber Alert for Rashaun Graves, Jr. He is 4-months old, black with brown eyes and weighing 12 pounds.

The abductor is Sarah Nagy Brown. She is 28, 5'1", 150 lbs. with Red blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue sports bra and black pants.

The suspect vehicle is a gray 207 Nissan Sentra with an Oregon license plate 067JYL.

The alert was issued at 9:30 a.m. and police believe the suspect is en route to Texas.

I'm guessing she lost custody of Rashaun as soon as he was born.

Maj. Joe Liebold with the Waterloo Police Department said the boy, Rashaun Graves Jr., and the suspected abductor, 28-year-old Sarah Nagy Brown, were both found safe in Waterloo.
