Porn was of a 2 yr old girl getting raped during a diaper change..
He's accused of raping a 2 yr old... we can all see the correlation.........

The significance of it being an iowa city hospital is that they have the best trauma team in the state. If she was sent there instead of a regular local hospital.. her injuries were VERY VERY serious

Man, peeps that is one of the most horrendous things I have ever read. Bless the people that have to view that. I agree it is good they are allowing it to be admissable. It's just too sad something like that even exists.
