So I have a question maybe someone can answer. He is charged with first degree murder and child endangerment. Are there other charges? What I am getting at is, can the jury find him guilty of lesser charges along with the endangerment or is it all or nothing?

Does anyone know how he answered this?
I wondered the same thing. I’d like to know. Although I’m sure it was along the lines of...”I just trusted the wrong person to care for him.” That seems to be his go to line.

Koehn said he hadn't held Sterling in the last few days bc baby was usually asleep when he was home from work ...

Jeff Reinitz on Twitter

... he was super colicy. "I was not to disturb him when he was sleeping." had opposite sleep schedules.

Jeff Reinitz on Twitter

Poor baby didn't have colic. He was crying out of hunger, pain, fear, etc. :(

I hate these "parents." When is the mom's trial?

BREAKING #ZacharyKoehn - A juror had a "meltdown" after Koehn's testimony today. The judge excused the juror and will be replaced with an alternate.
