Count 1 is 1st-degree murder. Lesser included offenses are 2nd-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.

I am bringing this forward as I forgot what the charges were.

I don't understand why they haven't already come to a verdict! jmo

the defense attorney's closing is probably eliciting some discussion of malice....they maybe feel obligated to go thru the effort...it simply cannot be anything but guilty.

Jurors have a request or question. Regarding one of the law enforcement interviews, apparently. Maybe seeking a transcript or video

so there is a question and it is buffering once again...is there anywhere else but Law and Crime to watch this. I used to think it was my computer but it is not.

Thank you @HayLouise all caught up and really anxious now.

Boy this is not good...this definition deal....at least one is not sure probably more on technical aspects of charges

Judge sent a note saying they can listen to a recorded interview.

Judge said he delivered note to jury, jury responded they were looking for transcript of Harris' DCI interview ...

... judge said the transcript was just court exhibit, not available to them, but they can listen to the audio

Note about that is now being sent to jury.

Another jury note in #cheyanneHarris trial, asking about definitions of malice, intent, and murder 1st, murder 2nd and manslaughter.

Judge is crafting a response that points to definitions contained within the jury instructions they were given.

i have a bad feeling that at least one wants the lower charge of endangerment. Did Zach have both charges?

Defense hit malice hard...I am concerned that this monster is not going to get the max here. Between the two of them I think she is MORE guilty...she was there much more and by their own admission in their world care for the children was more or less entirely her role.

I have a feeling this jury doesn't have a good understanding of words. Maybe they didn't listen to the closing statements. imo

That should be closing arguments.

just listened to defense closing again...I think we may have a problem.

When the Jury request the definition of 'intent' , this makes me nervous.

I wonder how much this jury knows about Zach's trial...I mean some of them must know. It was obvious that he was not available to come to court to testify.
