Iowa woman pours rubbing alcohol on toddler, shows it on Facebook Live

An Iowa woman was arrested after she used Facebook Live to live stream a video of her pouring rubbing alcohol on her two-year-old child.

Darshanda McNeal, 29, faces child endangerment charges, according to WQAD.

The Facebook video, posted Aug. 9, also showed McNeal saying she wanted to kill her baby.

Police say when McNeil was arrested, she said she didn’t know why she did it. Later, she told police she did it “for fun.”

McNeal was being held Thursday night in the Scott County Jail on $2,000 bond, cash or surety.
