NEW: Judge in #BryanKohberger case will livestream all future proceedings on his YouTube page. He will not allow a separate media camera inside the courtroom. This is a compromise to having no livestream vs. judge being able to control.
Bryan Kohberger hearings will continue to be on video -- but the camera will now be controlled by the court and not by the media, according to a new order from the judge. A livestream to YouTube will be provided by the judge. No future hearings are scheduled at this point.

ICYMI: Judge John Judge has ordered that all future State v. Bryan Kohberger proceedings will be livestreamed via a court camera. Attending media will no longer be able to bring in their own cameras or audio equipment. The defense previously lodged complaints that the pool camera was providing too many closeups of Kohberger and that the national attention this case was receiving could bias or sway public opinion for an upcoming trial.
Judge Judge has spoken.No outside cameras, audio, or recording devices in the courtroom concerning the #BryanKohberger case. Proceedings will be live streamed with the court's equipment and through the court's YouTube channel.

#3 - Timothy Dunlap killed a bank teller after being handed $32k. He also killed his girlfriend after taking her on a picnic, blind folding her, and then shooting her through the head with a crossbow. Crime 1991

They are still producing Discovery.
The Judge put a deadline on the FBI to produce their lab results by December 1, 2023.
BK waived his speedy trial, thus, this will drag on unless he pleads, which would be a small miracle.
But life including a vegan diet, church, eyebrow grooming, private t.v., and pressed suits is much more desirable than a Maximum Security Prison or Death Row, so BK is quite content, considering the possible alternatives.
He made 1 crucial error dropping that Sheath or the state may have never had a chance to capture him.
He is innocent until proven guilty and likely basking in the attention, love letters, and Proberger support, just like #BTK did.

Why is this bad for the Prosecution yet good for the Defense?
As time fades, so does the memory of witnesses and the memory of the public.
Leslie Van Houton, convicted of viciously murdering the LaBiancas is out of prison enjoying life more than ever. In 3 years she will be completely free.
She was sentenced to Death. Then sentenced to life. Then paroled. She helped stab the LaBiancas dozens of times and smear their blood on the wall and even carve up the stomach of Mr. Labianca.
We don't know exactly the extent of atrocities commited against #Xana #Ethan #Kaylee and #Maddie, but if BK is convicted and if he receives life or the death penalty, could his sentence be commuted just like Van Houten's was?
NO One would have believed she could be released at the time the heinous murders were committed, yet we see what happened.
This is why I stress every week the faces of the #Idaho4. Hopefully they will never be forgotten like the LaBiancas were.

Kohberber's defense team will access the King Road house today and tomorrow, according to the university. University says defense wants to take measurements and photographs. Then demolition will happen on December 28th.

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) — Bryan Kohberger's defense team will have access to the University of Idaho house where students Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves were brutally murdered.
