Are they ALL lying???

RHF - When and where was this picture taken? Has it been established beyond doubt that DeOrr was physically alive and well at timber creek on the morning of July 10th? What exactly was baby DeOrr doing when IR reports that he saw him at 1:00pm on July 10th? We have heard everything from getting ready for a nap, playing near the campsite with his hot wheel car, and sitting in a chair near the fire eating a candybar. Also, is grandpa too infirm to give a witness statement regarding baby DeOrr's presence at the campsite on July 10th at 1:00pm?

Klein Investigations and Consulting Lot's questions Robin. No comment of the details. The grandfather did give 4 statements. Again - it depends on which statement you want to believe.

Sorry to state the frustrating obvious, but LE has, what sounds like, quite a mess to sort through!

I'm so glad they're committed to finding answers for Deorr Jr.

OK, everyone...I think I got all of the questions and answers pasted over to this forum. Sorry for any duplicates.

From what I can gather, the dam has broken on this case. With NINE witnesses providing "firm" info, and Klein indicating that things are changing by the day, I'm hopeful that the noose is rapidly tightening around the guilty parties' necks, so to speak.
As crushed as I am to have to finally agree that this beautiful toddler is no longer alive, I'm confident that there will eventually be justice for this little lamb.

It's just so very sad, isn't it? I am starting to believe that all four of these people had something to do with it!

If two County prosecutors know the full story, does that mean the crime happened in two counties? Eg Leadore and Idaho Falls.

That was my first thought, but if the timeline starts at 8 am Fri, they would have either had to drive back to IF or Deorr wasn't alive on the camping trip at all, and what they did with him started at 8 am. Or maybe it happened Friday and other crimes were committed after the fact in IF.

Or could it just be involving IF/Bonneville due to them being involved from the beginning? Or maybe they found evidence on a computer or in a vehicle?

It could be ... but why hide that? It would be a horrific accident, but it would not be criminal. As a mother, I cannot conceive of any situation in which I'd destroy or dump my children.
Me either. If it where me I'd rather be in prison. I couldn't just go on with out especially knowing he's out there alone .
What gets me is after this last q&a it really sounds like all four new about the cover up. If that's the case then what in the world could make them all cover it up.

I wish he could have answered this question - even though I know he would have likely said "no comment":

Bella's Friends: Unidentified and Missing Children From ES: "Were drugs involved?"
I will ask Mr. Klein, in your investigation, do you feel like drugs were involved?

Or were they caught in a different county than where the crime occurred?

Klein has certainly given us much food for thought.

will try to put all Q&A into one doc and share later but thought I'd share one of the most jaw-dropping things I've read to date:

Q: Who made the 3rd phone call to 911. Was there a disposable phone in the hands of anyone while camping?
A: Klein Investigations and Consulting: "There were three calls made to 911. First, Vernal. Second, Jessica. Third, the grandfather."

:jawdrop:

desert-blue, IMO that's where a lot of the "witnesses" come from. barflies aren't the most reliable but...if they saw deorr, that gives him life on Thursday the 9th. say, perhaps, IR fumbled his story the next day and said "I woke up around 8 and didn't see deorr". starting the timeline as klein said, at 8am.

thoughts?

certainly possible... if they have a witness that is even remotely reliable, why do they keep saying that that no one can say for sure if they saw DeOrr, though? It is so confusing to me. I feel like there must be a reason that LE failed to mention that little stop though. Penner said that they only made one stop and that was to get diesel... weird?

Or they could have disposed of evidence in another County after whatever happened happened...

Why has it never been mentioned that they went to the Silver Dollar on Thursday? It's a restaurant and bar. How is it that no one there remembers seeing DeOrr?
I always figured they just stopped in quick to get some carry out.

I'm just catching up on the Q&A with Klein. Sorry if this has already discussed. So he is saying that there were three 911 calls. First was DK, second was JM and third was GGP. So the call that we can hear during Jessica's call that was released must be GGP calling in.

Why hasn't DK's been released?

KSE - Mr. Klein, when you stated the 17 minute window of the parents being gone to the creek has expanded to more like 4 hours, what exactly do you mean? Was he left with his grandfather for more like 4 hours or do you mean he was missing for 4 hours before the 911 call?

Klein Investigations and Consulting Very good question. We answered that in one of the many interviews - and I will got over it again. When we first started this case we thought we had the timeline down pretty tight - however - now we have four more witnesses that open the timeline to an extended period. That timeline is now 8 a.m. to 2:26 pm.

Aha. Then we would know, what IR said in his 2. statement ...?

I can't imagine... I literally can't think of a scenario where all 4 of them would cover something up, and all this time later none of them have cracked or turned each other in.

Okay, if that's the case, then I can see why no one may have seen DeOrr. It still doesn't explain why Penner said their only stop was to get diesel, though...

But why would the dispatcher ask if her husband was calling in too? Wouldn't she have known that already if his call came in first? Weird.
