I was under the assumption KI finalized their report and they were paid in full for expenses, but were going the rest of the distance on this case. If they are now volunteering, does it matter if they were fired? I guess JM or VK is not going to talk to them anytime soon, however at the meeting in Feb. where he showed them the evidence, I thought it was game over on any future talks. Oh well, looks like IR maybe the key and he's co-operating.

BBM
Bella's Friends Q&A session w/ Klein

Klein Investigations and Consulting There were three 911 calls which are public - 14:22, 14:26 and 14:28 hours on the 10th. January 11 at 5:25pm

and

BOS: Who made the 3rd phone call to 911. Was there a disposable phone in the hands of anyone while camping?

Klein Investigations and Consulting
There were three calls made to 911. First, Vernal. Second, Jessica. Third, the grandfather.

NOTE: Jessica's call (audio tape) clearly states her call was received @ 14:28, so the above statement is debatable (IMO).

See...it's very vague. The grandfather could be Deorr Sr. as he was baby Deorr's grandfather. Jessica's grandfather was baby's great grandfather. Whenever they talk of him they always say ggrandpa to distinguish. They have referred to people with the reference back to baby D. Anyway..I still think it's up for interpretation.

I'm shocked that JM was just now fired!

For anyone who thinks these two idgits are a flight risk...I think not! Just look at how much they rely on their families. They wouldn't last one week without mommy, daddy, etc. Such dysfunction!

And while only those two are ultimately responsible for whatever happened on that mountain, the family dynamics have clearly not helped matters much. It sounds to me like they've been enabled and bailed out for every misstep and expect the same now. Only now there's a baby missing and presumed dead, and it's gone beyond misstep into felony territory.

New 28 minute interview with Klein. Private Investigator cadaver dog proves there was a death
Update: Private Investigator Klein has been "fired" from Kunz investigation

Local News 8 goes in depth with Private Investigator Phillip Klein about his his recently released findings in the case of missing toddler DeOrr Kunz, Jr. Klein says mother Jessica Mitchell knows where the toddler's body is.
___________

Update 6:25: According to the Klein Investigations and Counseling Facebook page, Phillip Klein has been "fired" from the investigation by the Kunz family.

The post on Facebook reads as follows:
At 5:28 p.m. today - KIC Texas received a fax letter reported to have come from Dennis Deorr Kunz of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Mr. Kunz has released (fired - his term) our firm from the missing person case regarding Deorr Kunz.

Has anyone else noticed that a few of the usual members have not been on here in a while? Last night with the news that JM said she knew where DeOrr was, at one point there were 98 members and visitors. I won't mention any names but I miss some of them.
It's been a while since I've read a post and said 'uh oh' out loud, knowing that the comment was bound to cause a lot of activity. Lol.
OT I know, but I just wonder about things.

I don't like Klein and do not necessarily believe a word out of his mouth, so I am a regular on this thread that is not posting. I need to hear from either Sheriff Bowerman or the FBI before I do believe anything.

The one thing I do know is that these parents are lying and do know where little DeOrr is. They evoke words I cannot say on here.

Back to just reading!

IR no longer has an attorney & KI investigator has met with them 6 times. He's given them some very good information. IR was asleep part of the time, but they are hopeful they can piece some of the timeline together & are working on that.

Do you have a source handy for this? I can't seem to find this information online anywhere.

"We believe it is important for the public to know that the cadaver dog did hit in three certain areas of the pieces of equipment which does indicate there was a death or there was some type of fluid, cerebral fluid, blood whatever it may be, that was in the location where the dog hit, and that we know there was a death,” said Klein.

Did anything ever come of that shovel that may or may not have had hair on it? Could that be what's being referred to here?

Edit to include source:

Bessie: (laughs) Great! Uh, well, the dogs -- absolutely that was one of the big questions and of course the timeline, and that store receipt. Also, some people have asked…you know we heard that there was uh… some overalls and maybe an ax or a shovel that were seized. Um…I don’t know that that’s a fact but that’s come up. Is there anything you can comment on about that?

13:06
SB: Well, yes. There was a shovel at the scene. Somebody brought it out, I believe from the camp trailer, and um…you know a one point we were told there was a human hair on that but when it was brought out and displayed, it blew away in the wind so…you know. We had several people that say they thought they saw a human hair but we haven’t been able to collaborate that

I guess I'm late to the party here but JM said she knew where DeOrr was? Do you have a link?

Dennis Deorr Kunz has fired KIC: https://www.facebook.com/KleinInvestigations/?fref=ts

KIC say they will continue the case.

RSBM

From the above link (thanks, TheTruthWillOut !): (paraphrased) "... Our commitment is only to finding DeOrr Kunz(jr) and not any other side shows."
Emph. mine

Interesting choice of words, there. From the history of circuses , which I've taken an interest in and have read about to some degree --- the sideshows were a mix of fact and exaggeration to attract a crowd of potential patrons.
What was the purpose of the lies by the two suspects that led to the intense search by outside organizations--just a carnival to attract people who would empty their pockets in order to help find a child who was never abducted, nor taken by a wild animal ?
Yes people are upset... no one likes to be fooled.
Sounds like Klein isn't giving up-- good for him ! How much of a stretch is it to find that all who have investigated have come to nearly the same conclusion ?
Sorry for the long rant ; it just seems so disrespectful to baby DeOrr who deserves as much dignity as the rest of us would want !!!!

I'm shocked that JM was just now fired!

I have a notion that Jessica will sue Klein for damages. She'll say his statements have made it impossible for her to find work. She'll run into the same problems that Deorr will with his slander suit against Klein. They have to prove Klein wrong.

And whether she'll file for unemployment benefits. For the curious here's a quick break down of Idaho's unemployment benefit eligibility guidelines:

In order to establish unemployment eligibility in Idaho you have to:

1. Be a resident of Idaho. If you are not a resident of Idaho, but worked in Idaho at your last job, you should still have Idaho unemployment eligibility.
2. Have worked and earned income in Idaho.
3. You must not be disabled.
4. You must be able to work.
5. You must be actively looking for a new job.
6. You must have lost your job through no fault of your own. If you quit your job or were fired for 'just cause' you may not be eligible to collect unemployment in Idaho. Every case is different, so if you lost your job -- be sure to apply to unemployment in case you are indeed eligible to receive unemployment benefits.

I take it there's been no word from the Sheriff? I'd love to hear his response to Klein's claims of yesterday, particularly re JM's confession that she knows where the body is. I don't really understand why that in itself isn't enough for an arrest warrant. Could she be talking to LE behind the scenes to try and get a plea deal as some suggested? Surely "I know where he is" can't just be left hanging like this....?

I agree, that LE need to make a statement in regard to the information that Klein is claiming. He states there is evidence that Deorr is deceased because of the hits by cadaver dogs and that JM knows where Deorr's body is located but won't tell?
Is this a case of Trial by media and could that affect a future Trial if there are arrests? From what i have read about the case all 4 people that were at the campground when Deorr supposedly went missing are POI. I guess it's a matter of who is lying and covering for whom? Because it seems to me they all have guilty knowledge and non of them are being honest with LE.
