Isaac's story does not match parents', in fact none of the four people's stories match (Klein).

And Klein said his new client does not want him speaking to the media and yet here he is, speaking to the media again.

He also asked people to stay out of the search zone, in case there is missed evidence there that LE need to retrieve - seems directed at Klein for saying he plans to take a search team there soon.

One interesting answer form Klein: Deorr was last seen by someone other than the four at 6pm the previous day.

Now I wonder if the filthy, bawling baby story was true, but forwarded 24 hours/next day by the parents?

Klein says gpa failed the polygraph too. And that JM confessed to a female investigator as well as to someone with the sheriff's department that she knows where DeOrr's body is.

I would say it's a stretch to say they hired Allen Browning to "threaten to SUE Klein". They exercised their legal right to obtain legal counsel. IIRC Mr. Browning was DDK's attorney prior to all this, VDK retained Browning once he was named a suspect, and JM came on board once Klein started his media campaign.

In addition, I'm positive if both JM & VDK are charged Browning will advise one of the two to seek separate counsel.

Could Browning represent one but not the other if he is currently representing both? He would have information that would have to remain confidential (attorney-client privilege) that I don't think ceases when the relationship is over.

If or when they are charged each should have their own attorney. And yes attorney client privilege remains. Browning can't reveal anything he learned from either of them without their permission.

A hot car death has been suggested more than once on DeOrr's threads. But if that death occurred at the campsite, the dogs would certainly have hit on the smell. Heck I'll even venture that LEOs would have noticed the smell. Even if he died in one vehicle prior to the "camping trip" and was transported to the campground in a different vehicle, it seems at least possible that cadaver dogs might have picked up on the smell. Those same dog(s) btw, that picked up the scent of cremains at the reservoir.

Hi Lalouve, I'm a late-comer. didn't know the history of that scenario theory. I was wondering, though, what the window of time is for a dead body to expel decomp gases. I don't know the answer to that. Just saying his body could have been discovered by one of the people up there pretty quickly after his death. You're probably right, though about the dogs. I do think the child "accidentally" died because of the massive amount of photos of him showing a very happy and well taken care of child. I don't think he was an abused child. Look at pics of baby Bella Bond. She was never smiling or laughing. But "accidents" aren't "criminal acts", so why the urgency to dispose of his body? And Reinwand confirmed that little Deorr was at the cg with his parents. OMG. Go figure any of it.
