Just what we need, more discrepancies regarding the timeline. :banghead:

Left for the store to get more food at 10:30/11 am

Isaac said they went to try & get fuel around noon as they were low.

Why would they need more fuel as they already got some on the way up? I wonder if there were two trips out from the campground instead of one?

18:41
SB: Food – they had food. They tried to buy other food, and then they went to the store the next morning, so yeah, I think …I don’t see any problem with that.
‘Bowerman said they stopped for diesel fuel traveling from Idaho Falls to Leadore, but the gas station doesn’t have surveillance video either.” http://www.eastidahonews.com/2015/08/lemhi-sheriff-opens-up-about-deorr-kunz-case/

They got back "Thursday evening just right around dark time they arrived, set up camp and then Friday morning, somewhere around 10:30 or 11 is when they went to Leadore," Bowerman said. http://www.localnews8.com/news/3-months-still-no-sign-of-missing-toddler/35762562?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_KIFI_Local_News_8

After breakfast, Reinwand says he went back to sleep in his tent. He woke up around noon as Mitchell and Kunz were leaving camp.
“Jessica and baby DeOrr and his dad were heading to the store to see if they could get some gas,” Reinwand says. http://www.eastidahonews.com/2016/07/isaac-reinwand-nothing-hide-deorrs-disappearance/

23:24
SB: The mother said that they got back at 1:10 p.m. Isaac doesn’t dispute that. He’s not watching a clock or a watch or anything of that sort, but he concurs that it was around that time period

Edited to change pm to am

Here's the interview. Unfortunately it's edited rather than "raw.". What IR says doesn't match up 100% with the written article but it's close. He says DeOrr was "wandering around, playing" rather than "clumping" (1:45) and he hesitated when asked about breakfast (2:20). He doesn't sound quite as assured as his written quotes.

I don't know if any of that means anything though. I stopped posting during the wild animal discussion, back when we weren't allowed to talk about the people but I've followed along. I don't know which is more frustrating; arguing about mountain lions or trying to suss out who's telling the truth in their statements. Sigh.

Thanks for this, shame it's been edited but I still don't get a bad vibe about Isaac. It'll be interesting to hear the next instalment, when is that out?

<mod snip> For the record I agree with you.

I've been back and forth so much on this case..I'm on the fence at this point. I don't even know what to think anymore.

I never have gotten a bad vibe about Isaac either.

Ok, so IR saw a very alive little boy. I'm so confused.

You and me both, why then does the Sheriff doubt he was ever at the campground ? Why aren't they believing IR ?

Me too, SweetT, I'm :fence:

Well, he is good friends with the grandpa and IIRC- in one of the interviews with the local news reporter, Klein and co. Watched it with his investigative team and stated "it depends on which version" you want to believe. I also don't know what to believe but I am looking forward to Trish's talk tonight. I'm hoping it might clear up a few points for all of us.

Same here. Ever since that awful early morning doorway interview I've felt bad for him being stuck in this mess.

In the article you attached you missed the piece where IR said he (IR) went back into his tent for a nap. He didn't say DeOrr went into his tent to take a nap.

The last time IR states seeing Deorr is when they left to get gas. He says he "assumes" he was behind him and Jessica with his Dad (Vernal) when he walks down to the fishing hole), but did not see them. Is that right?

He kind of wobbled on the liquor part.

Ya, I think he was covering for GGP right there.

Yep, like Sheriff Bowerman just said on Tricia's program, GGP is one of IR's best friends. They go way back. He might think it's the right thing to do, to not cast shade toward his good friend.

I think Isaac is covering for Walton

Check out the new interview with Trina on Klein's page. GGP said what's done is done and asked about having a funeral. Link is below.

We need to compare this interview with the one IR did with Nate awhile back, we've never heard this new story of just Jessica being with him.

Gee, after listening to SB, he definitely has his doubts on IR' credibility.

IR stated in the 1st part of the series of 3, above, that "Bob brought some whiskey and stuff up." The reporter asked, "Did Bob drink any of the whiskey?" Isaac answered, " I think he might have had a coup......Uh, actually, Bob doesn't drink anymore, so, no." I find that unusual. I understand I cannot likely state anything else about that, but I am filing it under "curious". If either IR or Bob had alcohol on Thursday evening, and we have been told by SB that both IR and Bob have health issues, then at the very least anything either stated may have been clouded by health issues, alcohol or both. No judgement at all, and, I have no idea if anyone of the four drank alcohol that night. I am just noting this may be worth remembering. Additionally, it almost sounded as if IR may have realized he spilled the beans about Bob bringing alcohol. If so, and it is pure speculation, I wonder, as SB and Klein wonder, how truthful he is being about that and other things.

Who buys whiskey for everyone except you and your best friend? The other two were parents responsible for a small child so they sure did not need any booze. That was a lie. IR and GGP are both supposed to be on the wagon, however, why did IR sleep until noon the next day? Someone is lying big time. I bet IR did not pass his lie detector tests either.
