The documents cover multiple years of the custody battle, when Tylee would have been 5 and 6 years old.

“I suspect her medical and emotional state has been adversely affected by the sustained level of conflict and the many trials and legal proceedings in this case,” Fogel wrote in a 2009 court filing, according to Inside Edition.

Fogel also said that Tylee had suffered from medical conditions, including two bouts of pancreatitis."

When did Tylee have a legal guardian? I missed this fact.

I would be very interested in any medical documents for all of LVD's children and spouses. LVD likes to be seen as the most "wonderful everything".

This is speculation, was LVD doing anything to make Tylee sick, and more dependent on LVD? Keep Tylee and her money close to home, also so she could take care of JJ?

Hawaii; helicopters; and then Nate also went out publicly and said that people all over East Idaho were tipping him off constantly about this case; including the proprietor of the storage facility where EIN broke the story about the footage with Chad, Lori, Alex etc. I could have sworn he also said he got a tip about Chad in his car waiting to drive off on the day of the search.

Probably the defense want to imply that they can't get an impartial jury out of eastern Idaho with everyone in the community being up Nate's butt, lol.

Less sure about her sister. Even if they wanted her dead they could have simply neglected to try to help her or maybe encouraged some bad behavior like eating the wrong things, etc. But if it turns out they murdered her, I won’t be surprised.

Also not sure about Joseph Ryan, but I think it’s even more likely he died of unnatural causes than the Cox sister.

She had a guardian ad litem for court custody proceedings; not a third party custodial guardian for the purposes of daily living.

Ok, but one COMMON cause of pancreatitis (especially a “bout”, not chronic) is a TOXIN. I check pancreatic enzymes all the time because some of the meds I prescribe can cause pancreatitis.

Thanks, I remembered Tylee had a guardian ad item. I misinterpreted the poster thinking that a legal guardian/caregiver was appointed, too.

agree - Tylee was not her beloved child, Tylee was her weapon and any repercussions for Tylee from Lori’s behaviour were simply collateral damage as far as Lori was concerned

Yesterday, Nate Eaton, the news director at the local website EastIdahoNews.com, posted on Twitter an image of a subpoena ordering him to appear in a local county court on June 9 to give witness testimony in a conspiracy case he has covered extensively, relating to the deaths of two children. John Prior, an attorney representing the defendants in the case, filed the subpoena and the county’s deputy clerk signed it, according to the document on the website of the Idaho judiciary.

He isn't ordered to appear while the Grand Jury is in session (5/17 to 5/20), but on 6/9/21. ??
