Me too. I hope they can identify the exact cause. So not just “poison” but the particular kind of poison and manner of administration. Then perhaps they can use that info to investigate JR and AC’s deaths.

Now we can see that it is possible one of those 44 named witnesses could've dropped a hint to CourtTV who then ran with their, now we can verify as, accurate story.

It was worth the wait to see this many charges against them both, the investigation has obviously been extremely thorough and therefore hopefully very strong!!!

He could. They were re-investigating his death. Those charges would come from Arizona.

What is the meaning of Chad googling ssw wind? Does that relate to planning Tammy's shooting with Alex and if the wind would change the trajectory? These facts make me wonder about attempted murder charges for the shoot of Brandon in another state. jmo

Because it was all done by the secret grand jury, is this correct??

Actually, the arrest affidavits should/could show it. I expect those to come out soon.

Now that MM is being paid as a public defender, does he get paid hourly? And, if so, is there a cap? Or can he continue to spend all day every day at the detention center, presumably working with Lori?

According to Scott Reisch, on his show "Crime Talk" on YouTube yesterday (5/24/2021), MM will be paid at an hourly rate. The range is from $45 to $80 per hour. (So, we do not know the EXACT rate he will be paid per hour, that is merely a range.) That equates to $360/day (minimum) to $640 per day (maximum), assuming an 8-hour day. MM will have to submit his detailed statements of the work he performed (probably monthly), to the court, in order to be paid.
