So I'm just going through the indictments and noticed a few peculiarities.

The conspiracies to murder and commit grand theft, in the deaths of Tylee and JJ are worded as follows -

Chad, Lori and Alex ..."and other co-conspirators, both known and unknown"

The conspiracy to murder Tammy does not include other parties, only Lori, Chad and Alex.


Chad is also down as being the one who committed the murder of Tammy, or commanded/encouraged another to do so, even if he wasn't present, but Lori is not (she is included in the conspiracy charge to murder Tammy). I find that interesting that Lori was probably not present (I believe she could have been in Hawaii around that time) but she is not indicted on that first degree murder charge too. I suppose there needs to be proof of an overt act, like giving someone a key to get in...but why was she not deemed as being instrumental in encouraging her brother? I think Chad is definitely down as the mastermind, which kind of opens the door (IMO) to Lori finding a defense in there, as not an equal. I'm not sure that is true, I just think she was of this mindset of being abusive and callous and very instrumental in plotting the ruin and destruction of other people's lives, most of her adult life. I think she duped everyone who thinks she was once a great mother and sweet person.

Normally I lurk but don’t chat but this is so disturbing reading the details on the indictment. I do not understand why they just didn’t give Jj and Tylee to their spouses or grandparents and get divorced. They could work, get a job for money. Why did they have to kill everybody? Alex practicing shooting while they are planning all of the deaths is so disgusting. What was his deal???? He had to be murdered by them? too convenient a coincidence that the hit man dies. And using God as justification to terrify and slay your babies? I think Lori has to be the most evil mother I’ve ever heard of. God rest the children’s souls. I wish they could have been saved.

On the topic of MM's subpoena for MG: Scott Reisch believes that a motion to quash his subpoena would be granted by the court (at around 6:30 in the video). "It's burdensome, it's meant to harass and the court would more than likely quash this (MM's) motion."

Approx Late July - Lori refuses to tell CV’s sons where CV’s body is or if a funeral is planned. CV’s sons eventually figure out the mortuary where their dad was taken and go there to talk to the funeral director. “He was very shaky and nervous. We asked him for information and he said something like, ‘I can’t tell you that. It was requested that I tell you nothing,'” CV’s son said. (East Idaho News).

29 July 2019 – CV’s obituary is published in American Press. It is written by CV’s siblings and Lori is not mentioned.

Approx 29 July 2020 - about 2 weeks after Lori called the life insurance company she sends a text to JJ’s grandmother, KW. “It was a photo of the ‘change of beneficiary’ form that she must have gone digging for…It named me as the sole beneficiary and she wrote, ‘Five kids and no money and his sister gets everything.'” The text was the last time KW heard from Lori. (East Idaho News).

Approx July/Aug 2019? – Lori apparently told JJ’s grandparents KW & LW, and other people, that Tylee was attending BYU in Rexburg, ID. This was a lie; Tylee never attended BYU (Note: Date they were told this is unclear, but this detail comes from Dateline; JJ’s grandparent last had contact from Lori in July 2019 and last had contact from JJ Aug 10, 2019).

3 Aug 2019, 4 pm- 9 pm - A memorial service is held for CV at the Lake Charles Civic Center in LA, but Lori never shows up. Neither does JJ. KW & LW had begged Lori to allow JJ to attend, but she ignored their requests (East Idaho News)

So Tammy signed the increase on her life insurance along with Chad, then Alex tried to shoot her one month later. I wonder what she thought then. Did Chad have a life insurance policy too that they increased then? It will be interesting to find out, and when he changed the beneficiary or maybe dropped the policy after Tammy’s murder.

In late July 2019 Lori sent Kay a bitter message saying "Five children, and the sister gets everything."
Kay discovered in early November that year through Charles' Gmail account that on October 2 Lori ordered a ring (which would later be her wedding ring) on Amazon, using Charles' credit card.

"2 Oct 2019 – 17 days before TD’s death, LV placed an order on Amazon, using CV’s account, for a Sterling Silver Southwestern Style Malachite Gemstone ring or band, size 4, for $35.99. Malachite was also referred to in a document found on a computer IP passed to his ex-wife in Feb 2020, under a sub-heading ‘spiritual healing’ – “healing malachite solution/balm”, “malachite is said to have healing properties”, and “administered by calling on it in a blessing” under the main heading ‘spiritual weapons’. Finally! we have justice for JJ, Tylee, and Tammy. I hope charges are coming soon for Charles and that Joe's case will get reopened from the sheer momentum of these indictments.

I would say for them to say there are known co-conspirators (as well as unknown others) someone must have broken ranks. This isn't just knowledge of them becoming 'zombies', and thinking there is going to be an accidental death or a prayer to cause death, it has to be knowledge of the trio's plot to commit first degree murder of the children, indeed involvement I would think. I don't think anyone should get immunity for that, not acting to protect the children, participating in the conspiracy, there has to be more charges coming, for others, I think.

I don't agree with him in this instance, it's missing from the indictment for the conspiracy to murder Tammy.

Understand, and yet I keep thinking with this case.. of the Berreth/Frazee case and the deal that KKL got. 100% is needed for Lori and Chad to go away..MOO.. . at what expense of letting others off? We shall see.

Again, why was MG's current hubby not even on the Indictment witness list? He is the one who saw JJ "asleep" in the arms of AlC.

It wouldn't surprise me if Lori played up to Tylee about not getting the insurance money from Charles and being a single unsupported parent, so guilt-tripping Tylee into offering to give Lori the income, so that it didn't have to be done after Tylee's death without her signature or password or whatever.

Iirc, Colby was sent a money gift from Lori when she was in Kauai. Ugh, poor Colby. I feel sick for him for so many reasons. I hope he has good support. His whole sense of biography is about to be unraveled.
