I am trying to just think basically here.
Aside from all the dead people (omg), how do prepppers prep exactly? Supplies would be needed. I am guessing that is what Lori was up to when she went MIA for 45 days (or 2 months or whatever it was)? Maybe? Buying and prepping?

Where are said supplies bought? Online? Wall-Mart? )*side note: I legit expect a Wal-Mart angle in every case at this point. It often happens. Jussayin'

But, if you are bunkering down, what do you need?

To the insiders, what kind of shoppers were Lori and Chad, what stores would they be likely to go to?
There is money to be made in prepping. Alex Jones makes money selling prepping kits. Who knows maybe there is a "prepping mafia"? By mafia I mean grifter type stuff. MOO

What do we know about Alex Cox potential criminal record?
All i know is that Gray's youtube said that he was incarcerated for attacking Tylee's dad at the courthouse with a tazer and breaking his ribs. He supposedly served 18 months for that.

According to CH, he was arrested for assaulting Joe Ryan at the courthouse years ago during a custody hearing. He tazed him, and broke several ribs in the assault. Spent 1.5 years in prison for it! So that's ONE reason peeps think he may have eventually killed Joe. Then, in between his various "hits" and money from Lori, he would go on trips to Columbia to visit the prostitutes and I would suppose, drugs. I don't know how CH found out. Then also, he was in the house when his and Lori's oldest sister was found dead of "diabetes shock". He was busy maxxing out her credit cards online as the police showed up. Got away with the death tho.

As a total aside, I went down some rabbit hole. Probably on twitter. Some girl tweeted that she prayed about her prepping and it was revealed to her she needed more toilet paper in her provisions.

Back to your regular programming.

JMO

lol

I think these people are mistaking regular everyday thoughts for "visions".

i.e. I wish my wife was dead = I had a vision my wife was dead = kill wife = premeditation

I am just curious because we know Alex shot and killed Charles, claimed self- defense, and there were no arrests or charges. So could he legally own weapons?

Now, I am wondering if Chad made an appearance at these events (he's listed on the schedule)
Oct 26-27 St George, Utah, AND Nov 16-17 in Mesa, AZ

https://www.colormymedia.com/

ETA: Also wonder if a little side trip to Vegas for a wedding could have occurred??

Were these two "on the run" during this time? I simply can't remember

They went missing on the 26th Nov. On the 25th they had told LE JJ was staying with relatives in AZ. On the 26th when LE went back to say he was not staying with relatives, they had left.

Another DM article with pictures of many of the people involved with the case to make it easier to put a name and a face together.

Family of missing children say mother Lori Vallow 'joined cult' | Daily Mail Online

DM timeline of the disappearance of 2 children:

Timeline of Joshua and Tylee's disappearance
July 11: Lori Vallow's husband, Charles Vallow, killed in self-defense by her brother, Alex Cox, in Arizona following an argument between the three people

August: The last time Joshua's grandparents, Kay and Larry Woodcock, said they saw the boy via FaceTime

August: September: Lori moved children Joshua and Tylee to Rexburg, Idaho

September 23: The last time Joshua was seen at his school in Idaho

October: Activity found on a Venmo account that may belong to Tylee

October 19: Chad Daybell's wife, Tammy Daybell, dies at their home in Rexburg. Officials rule her death to be of natural causes

October 22: Tammy is buried in Springville, Utah

Late October: Lori and Chad get married

November 26: Out-of-state relatives ask Idaho police to perform a welfare check on Joshua. Lori and Chad claim he is in Arizona with a family friend. Police also learn Tylee has not been seen since September, either

November 27: Police execute a search warrant at Lori and Chad's home, discovering the couple have fled the city

December 11: Tammy Daybell's body is exhumed from the Utah cemetary

December 12: Lori's brother, Alex Cox, believed to have died in Arizona

Per VI Maxxer500 below quote. Lori and Chad were married exactly 2 wks after Tammy's funeral. I think that would be Sat 11/2. Someone please correct if I'm wrong. Thanks.

The last time I personally was in contact with Chad was probably Tammy's funeral, and for some family members about a week after remarrying (I heard about him marrying Lori exactly 2 weeks after Tammy's funeral). He included nothing about kids and said he would never visit the family in Utah or something like that. We were all pretty upset by that, because it felt disrespectful to Tammy's memory to instantly detach from the family. At the time he was in Hawaii and apparently told his parents they were free to visit, though I don't know if they did. No one knew he planned to remarry, and we were all in disbelief at the fact that he would remarry 2 weeks after Tammy's death.

Just a thought about the police and FBI seemingly moving slowly on this case. There have been such negative outcomes to say the least when the government has gotten involved in religious groups. Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Short Creek Raid. Maybe this is bigger than we realize and there is so much to investigate along with finding the kids, Chad, and Lori. Surely this "group" has been on FBI radar. How much did they already know before these people went missing? How much will they stir the pot? Just some thoughts. MOO
This has been my thinking all along. They have followers to the point people pay to hear them speak and pay to view the website. (all up and down what is the Mormon corridor Idaho Utah Arizona ) If they regard Chad as a Prophet what would they do to protect him and their community of people. How will the justify anything if the children are not found alive ? I am an active member of the LDS and I find this absolutely believable that this can happen...Just enough church doctrine mixed with fear mongering and you have this. 2 kids are missing and these people hired an attorney.

Actually, prepping is a relatively big thing outside of the LDS circle.

I think the best way out of this for Lori is get rid of Chad and blame everything on Alex. Chad better be sleeping with one eye open.
For Chad, best way out is returning to civilization w/two healthy kids in tow, blame everything on Lori and say he went w/her because she threatened his family.

Here is some information from the LDS Church about preparedness with links to additional information:

What Do Latter-day Saints Believe About Emergency Preparedness?

The Church will assist in all areas — planning, gathering, storing, consuming. They operate storehouses and storage centers. In addition to non-LDS prepper stores (found by googling), people often use army-navy surplus, warehouse stores like Costco, and local stores with bulk food offerings. Frugality is generally key to prepping, as one is supposed to maintain financial reserves in addition to food and water, and because one should have several months (at a minimum) supply for the entire family.

Adherent LDS members scale up preparedness over time. If Lori’s absence was related to preparedness, she would have been setting up a new location, not simply building reserves for herself and her children.

NAHHH this group isn't that big, look at how big and crazy the FLDS are and not one person injured but a dozen men sentenced to prison and the cult basically fleeced down to it's socks. And the FBI basically never got involved despite MANN ACT and RICO violations, moving female children between states and Canada / Mexico for the sex pleasure of their self proclaimed perv prophets. The FBI side of the FLDS action was a complete fail, Texas took the lead but in Utah civil judgements fleeced their misled sheeple.

The FLDS fiasco was so huge there were a couple funny videos made. Caution, a bit of language on this one

Never happen! Makes too much sense. I can't imagine a life, with Julie Rowe as my bff and Lori my black widow fiancee. Was he sampling some deep root harvest out of Grand Junction?

Where is Chad going to get the two healthy kids?

I agree not the size of those communities but maybe along the lines of the group that held a standoff in Oregon at a wildlife refuge (Ammon Bundy group)..this whole scenario is such a mess..

I’m happy to see that some of you guys are checking into the Hawaii connection. I’m sorry I can’t keep up. I never can in the more active cases.

Oh snap, I completely missed that one. NO! Not if a convicted felon, which 1.5 years in prison would imply. However, while there is a big gun debate in our country, a lot of the laws arent enforced. A slap on the wrist for the repeat offenders. I dont think Alex was even questioned about his gun at all. The AZ cops were another huge fail, all around at this point.
