Found Deceased ID - Joshua Vallow, 7, & Tylee Ryan, 17, Rexburg, Sept 2019 #2

Oh snap, I completely missed that one. NO! Not if a convicted felon, which 1.5 years in prison would imply. However, while there is a big gun debate in our country, a lot of the laws arent enforced. A slap on the wrist for the repeat offenders. I dont think Alex was even questioned about his gun at all. The AZ cops were another huge fail, all around at this point.

I've heard alex had a record but cant find it. Does he have one?

There was talk a few pages back about the vision of tammy’s death being due to a car accident but that she didn’t go that way. Can someone clarify if there was a car accident that almost took, or should have taken Tammy’s life?

No, it seems this 'car accident' was just a 'vision' that was shared between Chad and Julie and there was no real accident according to Julie.

Julie did discuss a 'man in black' that allegedly did attack Tammy in real life a few weeks before she died.

RIP Tammy as it appears she simply didn't have a chance against the 'forces of the universe' that seemed to be conspiring against her remaining on earth with her 5 children and multiple grandchildren. Sad situation.

The FBI are requesting to see the children. But there are no actual charges against Lori or Chad.

The children are considered "endangered". But the police have not given out any other information, such as what car they are driving, or what area to search, surely the authorities have some information, phone, GPS?

It not relevant to the kids missing, I understand- but, I just have to express how bizarre I think it is for Alex to run down to Columbia to pay for sex when he could do that at home or legally in Las Vegas. Seems like there would be another reason- maybe it didn’t happen or maybe just an affinity for Columbia.

Yes. He did. I'm watching for his autopsy results. In short, I'm not supposed to post a link due to he isnt a named POI. Which is in line with TOS. This to caution it shouldn't be linked.

We know they weren't truthful about where Joshua was... But where did Lori and Chad indicate Tylee was staying?

It offends you that someone takes medications? It isn’t your business what meds a victim takes. His family has said that he takes medications he needs. We don’t even know that his meds are for autism or adhd only. He could take something life sustaining for all we know. Would that also be offensive?

Nobody ever mentioned life saving meds only talked about impossible to be around ect ect child if not on meds and never to be able to sleep. I reserve my right to be offended. I suspect you may not be able or willing to understand this I won’t elaborate with detail why I find such attitudes/misunderstandings around autism so offensive probably most autistic people would understand why and can deal with such attitudes daily many don’t actually want to understand my opinion wow u seem offended with my offence like chill I am autistic so even someone offended by my being offended is itself offensive.

The police followed up on the false information about JJ, he was not with any family members or friends in Arizona. What did Lori and Chad say about Tylee? Did they say she was gone as well? Or is there really no standing for anyone to check on Tylee? Her Father is dead. And Lori is Tylee's legal parent.

The Grandparents in Arizona have a right to know where JJ is, but those Grandparents are not related to Tylee at all.

Why would anyone bolt when LEO, just wants to see kids? I think that we know why...

It was interesting to see a local Rexburg Police Officer in one of the videos posted earlier in the thread, discuss how LE had met with Chad and Lori and also reached out to family members (not clear but seemed like family members of Chad) to gather information in Rexburg.

It appears that a very soft approach was taken by LE in Rexburg and by the time they returned to the Chad and Lori apt. with a search warrant, Chad and Lori had fled.

Its not even clear if Rexburg PD took Chad and Lori to the station for questioning as it appears they just met with them in the apartment. But by the time the stories given by Chad and Lori to LE were checked out regarding the children and found to be false statements, Chad and Lori had fled and gone into hiding.

Multiple people on the Rexburg PD website have asked over the course of the investigation about very basic information about Chad and Lori in terms of cars they might be driving etc. BUT, Rexburg PD has provided nothing in the way of solid information to spot Chad and Lori using their vehicles.

I'm not convinced given the absence of information being provided by LE from Rexburg that there is any serious push to actually find Chad and Lori even though they say the two are wanted for questioning.

Just my opinion, but he was apparently under the care of a physician in order to get federally regulated drugs. I don't think anyone can properly judge whether or not he needs medication without being a physician and seeing his confidential records.

Not at all sure what is going on here but it doesn't look like a missing case for 2 children that sadly haven't been seen or heard from in months.

Perhaps the lack of enthusiasm on the LEA part is due to the fact that in both AZ and ID Lori / and then Chad didnt have deep roots and there is literally almost no one who knows them well, and no family living locally. No one from the community is making the phones ring. That said, I think that Larry and Kay bugged AZ police some over Charles but again they weren't locals. JMHO
