Watching the raw footage the ground looks rock solid. Took a quick look at almanac and first fall frost was 9/13 [Last and first frost dates are 30% probability. Calculated using 1981-2010 Climate Normals.].

The more we hear about the Charles/Lori relationship it appears that he wanted to try and make things work but that she was gone in a whole different direction. His divorce paperwork seemed quite comprehensive too but yet it was pulled. Very sad for the family and children IMO.

Here is what I can't wrap my head around....

Lori fought so hard for custody of Tylee from JR, (Tylee's father), and then seemed to fight CV just as hard over the whole custody of JJ (disputable, but I thought I read that), and then later we have the bio grandma talking about how Lori had said they both were "level 3 dark spirits" and better off dead... What???? Was there a shift to an even darker place somewhere in there?

The Lori visions and references to 'level 3 dark spirits' are frightening, if true as are the continued references to the children being 'better off dead'.

Has anyone found anything out about these references to 'level 3 dark spirits'? I've looked but been unsuccessful.

More than a few people seem to believe that if the 2 children are still alive that they might be with Lori's parents who I believe are in San Antonio, TX or AZ, but they could have real estate in other locations including UT. Has anyone seen any statement or Press accounts from Lori's mother and father?

Dang. I really hope LE are looking into Joe Ryan's death. Even though he was cremated they might still be able to find evidence to indicate if it was suspicious. I wonder if cell phone records from 2018 are still saved on a server somewhere? So Charles took JJ and moved back to TX, but no mention of Tylee, so I assume she was either left with Lori or her dad Joe-- or going back and forth between the two in AZ. Which means Lori would have had ample opportunity for negative interactions with her 3rd ex-husband Joe at a time when her 4th husband had just left her. The pieces of this puzzle are starting to come together. MOO.

I think it was reported because of the presence of shovels but LE ended up only rooting around in the snow with rakes, shovels and metal detectors. They were focused on the driveway and an area under a tree from the video I saw.

The level three dark spirits might have something to do with some type of reversal of the degrees of glory. Mormons believe in three levels of heaven and outer darkness. I've not heard of three levels of outer darkness, but it's clear these two are not orthodox Latter-day Saints.

I can see that if the divorce proceeding expired I can understand that the mutual restraining orders might not have appeared in a check. But it still seems like fatally sloppy policing. Hopefully there is some major discipline, especially if any of the involved cops are associated with the cult!

I'm really curious about why 'pulling at the LDS thread' isn't on your 'recommended list' for this sad situation with 2 missing children?

Chad and Lori spent their entire lives within the network of the LDS faith and while they by all accounts have gone 'off the rails' in their beliefs, wouldn't you think that much of their foundational beliefs and possibly personal network of people might still be tied to their LDS beliefs? The families and friends of Lori and Chad are no doubt part of the broader LDS community and so I'm baffled how this fact wouldn't be relevant to understanding who these people might be? Will this information about the LDS faith help find 2 missing children? Probably not as has already been discussed extensively here on WS.

By all accounts also, Chad still had a leadership role in his ward at the time that Tammy sadly died. So, Chad still seemed entrenched in his local LDS activities and we haven't seen confirmation that his teachings had been condemned or even questioned by the LDS leadership. The DM was the only outlet (it was repeated by others) that discussed the fact that Chad had been ex-ed, but this issue hasn't been confirmed or seen anyplace else.

Is this information incorrect about Chad?

I left no clues. I said it outright. Tammy was a happy, loving, giving person. Those of that knew her are shocked, saddened, and trying to comprehend her death.
