Court is adjourned. Lori Vallow will remain in custody in Hawaii until $5M bail is met. Attorney says she does not have a passport but if she does in fact have one she is required to surrender it if she bails out.

Raybuck: Kaua'i PD has been working with Rexburg (ID) PD. KPD has served Daybell/Vallow with papers, executed a search warrant, and, Thursday, arrested Lori Vallow. "Lori Vallow was taken into custody without any incident."

Raybuck on why Chad Daybell has not been arrested: "We have no local charges or concerns that any illegal activities have taken place in Hawaii...We have not received any notice from Madison County [Idaho]...". Says Daybell is free to come and go as he pleases.

What this briefing comes down to is what Chief Raybuck said at the beginning: Kaua'i PD is just there to help Rexburg PD. This is an ongoing investigation in Idaho, and they can't comment on it. They can only help when asked and legally able...

...also, Chad Daybell hasn't been charged by any entity with any crime, so there are no grounds to arrest, detain, or otherwise restrict his freedom until that changes, if it changes at all.
