Has law enforcement confirmed that they saw Lori, Alex, and JJ leave Yellowstone without Tylee? Or simply that they did not see Tylee leave? It makes me wonder if there is a possibility that the group left Yellowstone from a different location that was not captured on camera.

I don’t think the point is that they left through a different exit or that only 3 people left that park but that this is the last known time that Tylee was seen. IMO.

The only place I'm aware of where they discuss seeing them all entering Yellowstone is in the document outlining the charges against Lori. They say NOTHING about what, if anything, they know about them leaving Yellowstone, only that they see all four entering, there is a picture of Tylee while in Yellowstone, and she hasn't been seen since that day. Is it possible they have proof that she left Yellowstone, didn't leave, or they have no evidence either way? Any of the above could be true from what I think they've told us.

tl;dr, you're right. We suspect she might not have, but we really don't know and we don't know whether LE knows or not.

Dang it. I really wanted to get the timeline posted tonight but I don't think I will be able to now. I don't want to put the crap in that letter into the timeline. Ugh. You guys, I never swear IRL but reading that letter I nearly did. What the... ? I'm no longer joking around here. Those are some serious accusations with absolutely nothing to support it. At least BB's accusations sound believable and have some evidence behind them (even the cult stuff which took a while for me to come around to believing was happening and not an exaggeration). I don't know if I can read this case anymore after reading that...

I'm glad you clearly explained what you meant. I thought you were trying to concoct a Lori-like lie, but wasn't entirely positive from the context. It wouldn't surprise me either if that's an angle she's considered using - she threatened to use the same tactic against J. Ryan, and for all we know she did tell Alex that JR abused Tylee.

I know custody fights can get super ugly, but this woman is disgusting. She lies about things most people never even want to think about in relation to their children. Her thought process is repulsive.

Honestly, I liked the fact that Melani says Alex was in Rexburg on Oct 2nd because of the video at the storage unit. (Per her attorney letter) I think and have always thought that LE is Not being straightforward with the actual timestamps etc regarding storage unit. I think LE is throwing things out there that are not 100% kind of like giving them enough rope to hang themselves. I also think it's funny that Chad says once TDs autopsy results are disclosed then he and Lori will tell what really happened (abc news I think) I think the 2 of them have storys made up to correlate with the results. In other words they are waiting to see how much LE knows so they can base their story on that.
