Honestly, I liked the fact that Melani says Alex was in Rexburg on Oct 2nd because of the video at the storage unit. (Per her attorney letter) I think and have always thought that LE is Not being straightforward with the actual timestamps etc regarding storage unit. I think LE is throwing things out there that are not 100% kind of like giving them enough rope to hang themselves. I also think it's funny that Chad says once TDs autopsy results are disclosed then he and Lori will tell what really happened (abc news I think) I think the 2 of them have storys made up to correlate with the results. In other words they are waiting to see how much LE knows so they can base their story on that.

Wow. I've got no opinion on what is or isn't reality in the letter, but I'd be willing to bet that the attorney isn't holding back. I'm wondering if he hasn't stepped over a line somewhere in some of the things he's claimed.

Robert P. Jarvis is a Mesa criminal defense attorney. That explains a lot. He did sound a bit over the top for a family law practitioner, which is what I initially thought.

I don’t understand the need to continue to talk about the Mormon church in these threads. Yes, LV and CD were at one time Mormons but they clearly now believe some weird **** that does not align with Mormon beliefs. We need to remember to separate the two.

I do not necessarily agree. We all have learned a lot about the mainstream LDS church, and how these different fringe groups have expanded their own religion, doctrine, beliefs etc... often in the name of "revelations, dreams, visions, --which are actually fostered, to some degree, within the mainstream church. But in our case, there are many many other things that still connect to the mainstream LDS church. Use/Misuse of Temples, interpretation/misinterpretation of doctrine or history, or other people of interest, all of whom have blossomed their own agendas from the mainstream church, and who may have something to do with secrets, money, and or other nepharious activities that we may need to understand.
