Live court comment by state said something like Lori was planning to move even before her husband passed away. Did I hear that right?

So glad the judge didn't fall for Lori's BS!

Private investigator hired by Brandon observed her leaving a lot of kids stuff on the curb, when she moved to Idaho. So I guess she wasn't that interested in kids moving to Idaho with her back then? But she sure seems to have changed her mind, showing up at Brandon's parents, claiming to have a court order allowing her to take the children. And now it certainly seems like she wants custody. What gives?

IMO access to his life insurance and estate. She took a page out of Lori's book

:) Obviously she is having a bad hair day … no hair salon products, no curling iron, no curlers, etc. at her current accommodations.

:)
Forget the iron and curlers. I don't think she has access to hair brush. LOL.

That’s what I heard, too. Would love to know more!

The way I interpret this part of the video is that Lori first started attending Chad's conferences about that time. It may indeed be true that they started knowing each other then (and maybe that's the strongest likelihood, given that Lori doesn't come across as the type to wait or have any qualms). But it could also be plausible to say that "Lori knew of Chad then, but Chad may have known Lori only at some later date."
one of the more revealing items on this video podcast was that Tammy's insurance had been made higher 9 months before her death. Wouldn't you think that the insurance company would have red-flagged this right away?

hmmm... can you explain this tax license number issue more.... is it common for people who own rental property in HI to try to avoid the general excie and transient accomodation taxes???
In Hawaii we have two taxes that apply to short term rentals. One is called the GET (General Excise Tax) and is pretty much the same thing as a sales tax. It applies to almost everything bought and sold in Hawaii. It is about 4.25% but actually varies a bit by county as of the last year or so because the counties can now add a surcharge. The second is called the TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax). It is about 11% or more, I have not kept track. It applies to all rentals of less than 180 days. Each tax requires a license from the state and quarterly or monthly filings/payments.

Hawaii has really started to crack down on vacation rentals. About 5 or 6 years ago they started requiring all vacation rental ads to include the tax license number. For example, if you go to:

Comfortable two bedroom condo located in the Princeville Resort at Pali Ke Ku - Princeville

You will see the ad includes the line:

Registration Number: TA-008-552-5504-01, GE-008-552-5504-01

Those are the tax license numbers. I can then go to https://hitax.hawaii.gov

Enter T-008-552-5504 as the new customer ID (not a typo, T not TA or GE) and I will find that the owner has the proper licences and is in good standing.

That's just an example. When I previously did that for the place they were staying I could not match the numbers to an actual license. It's possible he is paying his taxes and there was just a type or something.

It is very common for people to try to avoid paying those taxes and the state is getting very aggressive.

Wow this just happened in Court - LVD waived her right to extradiction. The Judge just vacated the March 2nd hearing. Idaho currently has authority over her, and they will send an agent to take her back to Idaho.

It must be my TV because on my screen her hair is bright duck yellow with brown underneath. It wasn't like that on the last hearing so I don't know what changed...the lights at the courthouse?

Her hair was always blonder on top with darker hair underneath. It did look more yellow for me too, might be the lights.

Nobody feels sorry for you, Lori, so you can stop with the pitiful looks at the judge. We feel sorry for YOUR CHILDREN, and the people who actually love them.

I don't think that in itself is suspicious to the insurance company. It's not like she died the next day.

??? It is a step towards justice.
That is absolutely that is a good thing. I just don't want her to be out on bail ever and walking free. I don't trust her and others connected to the case walking around Rexburg.

I wonder if she still feels like a translated being?

Not your TV. It was the same on my laptop. I was surprised at how trashy it looked.
