Well yeah, if by some miracle they're still alive that's what Idaho should do, and pretty much anybody with a brain in their head who values real people over out-there libertarian extremism would agree. Does she really think her actions are those of a fit mother?

he will not represent her in Idaho. “No I am not licensed in Idaho. I cannot comment on who will represent her in Idaho. My representation will end once she is picked up by Idaho authorities. We are waiting for them to make flight arrangements.”

It looks to me, as another woman, that she Has naturally curly hair, and we usually see her with it straightened. Doesn’t have access to her styling tools in there

In regards to the hair comments. I believe she has naturally wavy hair and if you brush wavy/curly hair it gets frizzy. That type of hair requires hair products which I don't believe jail provides.

By the way, I loved how her defense kept prefacing his statements with "I believe".

His best line: "I do not believe she is a flight risk." Really, I am impressed that you said this with a straight face though.

I think he pissed the judge off when she asked him if he understands that the decision at the discretion of the Judge.

Rather than just affirm this he basically implies that he only agrees if the judge agrees with his line of reasoning.

The Prosecutor was smart that he agreed to the discretion of the court, and didn't try to undermine her authority.

So proud of the Judge for sticking to the original bail, it would have been even funnier if she would have raised it though.

One question though: Did anyone catch what Lori was saying to her lawyer at the end?

That is absolutely that is a good thing. I just don't want her to be out on bail ever and walking free. I don't trust her and others connected to the case walking around Rexburg.

That was a VERY interesting piece of information from her attorney, because if untrue means that he(attorney) and she (LV) is lying in court. Which makes me think that it was a truthful statement. And honestly I think that provides her with a great defense for not producing the children, if idaho authorities were threatening to put them in foster care

Really? Why would Idaho want to put them in foster care, when both children have relatives-JJ has grandpa and grandma, and Tylee has an older brother and an aunt. And by the way, a child has to be alive to be put in foster care.

Actually, with the timeline being what it was, they asked her to produce the children in January. At that time obviously the children had not been seen for a long time and the police had become involved back in Nov.
