I had a thought about that luggage. Is there any chance her luggage got dropped off to the jail? Could they be holding it for her extradition? I know nothing about "vacation" clothes and extradition. Jmo
I thought about her luggage going to the jail to follow her too, but what would she need it there for? Her new orange attire would be all she needed, other than her purple shampoo.

I'm not convinced Lori wrote that email to Chad. I'm starting to think Chad composed it. Here's her email to LIFE school, withdrawing JJ.

Okay, I'm literally nodding off but it seems the Chad email uses a lot more commas and seems more stilted. Jmo

Emails from Lori Vallow to LIFE Academy released amid missing children investigation
The fake email to Chad is formal and does not contain a sentence fragment, let alone the "U" for "you" pronoun. It's for a different kind of audience though, so she may have added a flourish or two in terms of the elevation of her language. She may have had help with that.

Chad Daybell tells ABC News, Tylee and J.J. 'are safe'

Another source reporting Chad's words today.

Do we believe him?

"ABC News reported Sunday afternoon that the step-father of two missing Rexburg children told them that the youth are not in danger.

Chad Daybell told the network about his two step children, Tylee Ryan and J.J. Vallow, as he boarded an airplane to Idaho.

“The kids are safe,” he reportedly told ABC.

Why neither Chad or Lori told the police this before, isn't known. Daybell declined to go into specifics with the network about the children’s health or where they were."

Maybe his definition of safe is......otherworldly. :(

I wonder if CV, who supposedly converted, was that devoted? In the fake email, it said he was the managing partner of the Rite Planning Group. Here's a link to that site. ( I don't even think it's a Mormon site) It's set up for pricey subscriptions.

Purchase a Full Subscription to RitePlanning.com
Price $299.00 - $359.00

That's not Charles' business.

I predict she will be mute during all questioning. Since she can’t share information that would clear up the situation with the kids, she won’t say anything.

She doesn't have to.

Does the government have a right to demand a parent produce their children on demand, if there has never been an allegation of abuse?

No one else has any legal standing for custody of JJ or Tylee. Why is the State of Idaho pursuing this? Legally.

Lori Vallow has not been charged with any wrongdoing in connection with the death of Charles Vallow, or Alex Cox.

Furthermore, Chad Daybell has not been charged with any crime either.

I am not an advocate for Lori Vallow. But pointing out, that INMO, the State of Idaho is skating on some very thin ice, legally.

Please don't argue with me, unless you have an actual law, from the State of Idaho statutes that contradicts this.

While many States may have long expiration dates, it's worth noting that EVERYONE needs to get a new Driver's license & upgrade to the new Gold Star Real ID by Oct. 1, 2020 in order to be able to fly on an airline.

If you got a new license in the past year or so, you may be OK. There is a gold star in the upper corner of the new, required licenses.

REAL ID

Chad's name isn't on it though so he would not be able to pick anything up would he? I can see it being used for Chad to send things to Lori but not the other way around. MOO.

If Chad had the key to mailbox there is no reason he couldn’t pick up whatever was in box, mine had 2 issued at rental with access 24/7

I associate Augsburg from decades ago with Lutherans. One of my first jobs out of college (I'm 62) was as a copy editor for a mainstream Protestant publishing company in St. Louis. Augsburg was one of the publishers we included. I don't know if they have gone Evangelical since then, but they were pretty white-bread Lutheran at that time.

I think this will end up being based on autopsies and hopefully they left an electronic trail of conversations, but yes, it is possible they get away with everything. MOO

As long as Chad doesn't fold. I see him as a possible weak link. Lori, nope, she won't fold.

Good point, and not arguing, but I see the cluster of highly suspicious deaths bookending the disappearances, along with actual claims of their death by Lori, (at least Tylee) as fitting in with the description of "Allegations of abuse". Thin ice? Maybe, maybe not. And we don't know the status or existence of LOTS of evidence. But look where Lori is. And I don't see her pulling any rabbits or children out of her hat to get herself out of the fix.

Edit: She has the right to an attorney who will likely tell her to clam up.

I’m sure you’ll find your answer if you research laws concerning welfare checks. What’s the point of doing one if you’re not gonna follow it through to it’s conclusion? Either the children are okay, or they’re not.

Well, I dunno. Lori sure blabbered a lot when Charles was killed. Alex claimed Lori wasn't even there during the shooting. Alex also claimed he was there to do some fun things with his sister. Lori admitted she had Alex there because she expected trouble, and that she was present in the house during the shooting. Let her try to explain where the kids are, and lets see what comes out.

I am hoping that there is a lot of evidence. But, we have seen juries, even with a dead body, allow the accused to not be found guilty. Casey Anthony?

AFAIK, LEO doesn't have any other dead bodies.

The last trial without a body, recently, was Patrick Frazee who was convicted of murdering Kelsey Berreth, primarily with the testimony of another woman, who received a very cush deal for her flip.

Chad Daybell has no reason to flip on Lori, and every reason to be silent.
