MG also said in the interview that she sat and talked to Alex about zombies a couple of weeks before he died, when Alex confirmed to her that he believed in the zombie part of Chad's doctrine. When and where did this happen? Was it after the welfare check and before she went to police? MG told Alex on that occasion that "she wasn't too sure about the zombie thing". He probably relayed the info to Lori. I wonder if they suspected MG would turn them in and tried to talk her out of it. Is Chad worried about her upcoming testimony in court?

I have no idea. But why would they say something like that? Was she ever in danger? I don't think so. She was the one who tried to alter her then husband's policy.

What was she thinking, I mean they would eventually have figured it out. And then what? She would be on the run from the insurance for fraud with Chad?

Isn’t it ironic the judge they replaced for the criminal trial is presiding over the custody case? Poetic justice. Wonder if you can dismiss judges for custody cases?

Another thing regarding Means, he can’t respond with “you haven’t complied so we’re not going to either”. They’ll need a conference/hearing to sort that out. You simply can’t hold back or try to drop a bomb at the last minute. I’ve seen lawyers get admonished by judges for untimely disclosure. It’s a no-no. I also recall the prosecutor saying he either had, or was about to turn over something Means mentioned during the bond hearing as well as the prosecutors response to Means discovery request. Unless I’m remembering it wrong the state had furnished almost everything that was requested but Means is now saying the state hasn’t complied? Huh? Whatever happened to the motion to quash? I haven’t seen a ruling on that. What a Charlie Foxtrot.

Interesting. Means not so dumb after all. I like that guy and according to him Means doesn’t have to do anything unless it’s an expert and only right before a trial.

I am reading through the timeline and am noticing there are some patterns that seem to pique my interest.

1. Lori appears to increase the drama, inflate the problem and deflect blame throughout her lifetime. (ie: all of the attempts to keep Tylee from her dad, amping up the drama when caught or cornered) She doesn't stop when told to, instead she makes sure to win. Her anger appears to be toward her ex's and not giving in to their demands.
2. I was truly surprised to see she hadn't married in the temple in her previous marriages as devout as she had claimed to be. Then reflecting - I remember the swimsuit pics from the pageant - which would be considered extremely revealing to most LDS faithful. I don't think she was actively involved at that time as it would have been highly frowned upon (in my experience). I am not sure I have really been convinced that she was an active member all those years raising children. Wouldn't we have heard more about things like: Oh she was our young women's youth teacher, or our primary class assistant in Ward so and so when she lived here.

MG said in the interview with Nate Eaton that Chad told Lori that Ned Snyder was Charles' friend who died and then his unclean spirit attached himself to Charles. Charles remembered the name as Nick Schneider, but didn't seem to recognize it. Did Chad just make it up and Lori didn't bother to check if a person with that name existed in Charles' life? Of course Chad could have claimed it was someone from Charles' previous existence.

I think the name is Ned or whichever MG said. It is possible that Charles was confused about the whole situation and when telling the police or his divorce lawyer the story, it's possible he got Nick and Ned mixed up. Snyder/Schneider. It's the same but Charles didn't know what the hell she was talking about. I think MG understood it a bit better. Or I could be backwards. But I am sure they're talking about the same person and I think it was meant to be a "past life" friend who attached his dark spirit onto Charles or some funcky monkey bs like that.

I had actually joked on SM with the person who put some of these up. Initially Chad was trying to take some down and flipped some people off when he noticed they were seeing what he was doing plain as day. I had joked that they should put them higher up on the pole, as I really couldn’t imagine him getting a ladder and going climbing and exerting all that physical energy to remove these. And what do you know, they put them a bit higher out of his reach and now they’ve lasted longer than any of the previous ones hung up. Ha

I just stumbled upon a list of, and access to, EVERY document filed in the current criminal case against LVD. I believe I have read every post here on WS but do not recall having seen:

It is a government website so I assume it is permitted on this site as it is original source material.

I appreciate that all the court filings are in one handy list, in one place, in date order, and accessible to anyone interested in reading them. This privilege is typically provided online to attorneys only or accessible to the general public for a fee along with a request for records.

I will read every word of every document as time permits.

Perhaps, others here enjoy reading legal documents as much as I do? If so, here you go...
