Details of Disappearance
Ross was last seen on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho on March 19, 2020. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

Could the missing date be an approx?....this was posted by her brother? I think. Does she has a habit to get of the grid?

This account Log in or sign up to view the last post is November 11, 2019...so after the missing flyer date of her going missing: 8/16/19 and she re-serviced.

She posted two pictures of herself with a man on December 13, 2019. <modsnip: Please do not discuss minor children>

I also noticed that on some of her family? Facebook sites there is no mentioning of her missing since March 2020.

Kacy has been missing for two years? Who reported missing? The flyer indicates the 'last date of contact' was 8/16/2019, while the OP indicates she's been missing since 03/19/2020.

She has been on one of her accounts I think approx. December 2019..see pictures posted...Could be she made just another Facebook account....There must be more to this story.....

@Bit of hope I agree. We don't have much information here. Other than her being Native American and living on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho we don't know anything about Kacy's situation at the time she was last seen. Maybe her FB would provide some general info (relationship status, children, employment, etc.)?

I know these because I’m The one who last spoke to her and I reported her missing.
I’m her sibling.

I appreciate the interest in the disappearance of my sister. I have contacted someone to get the description for her to be corrected. I have full descriptions of her tattoos. The 8/16/19 one was the first time I reported her missing because she had taken a long time to contact me due to her not being able to have a working phone and could only talk through a wifi signal so that one was quickly resolved. The second one was because she did in fact go missing. No one has heard or has seen her, I haven’t heard from her since 3/19/2020 and her last known Facebook activity was 3/20/2020 and since then she has been in the wind.
No one was ever sure if she actually did have a relationship at the time and I don’t know the man that is in her Facebook profile picture. My sister was going through a lot and i was the only person she would communicate with due to the hardships that were happening since 2017. My feelings on my sister are nothing but painful and emotional. I just want her found, she was my sister, best friend and helped raise me as a small child. She and I always had a strong bond with each other and have always been each other’s safety. I don’t believe she would purposely stop talking to me, she promised she would always check in and make sure I knew she was always okay, no matter the situation I may be the little sister but I’d do anything for her and sacrifice anything for her as if I was the older sibling. I believe that she got caught up in the wrong kind of crowd and in the midst of it someone has her and is keeping her from contacting anyone she knew or who she knows, keeping her in their pocket at all time, or that she has been hurt and cannot get away.

Before anything bad ever accrued to make her and our family’s life turn upside down my sister was a wonderful, beautiful, honest, caring, generous, genuine, strong and loved her family so passionately.
I love my sister and I looked up to her, I wish I had what she had. All I wish now is to find her… good or bad…

Did Kacy had a problem with substance abuse, that made her vulnerable to people with bad intentions? (Absolutely no judgement here...a person very very close to my heart is struggling with this IMO decease too) I would love to know the guy she was with on one of her last FB posts....to me he looks like a total no go.....but what are looks.....maybe he is very sweet....it's hard to tell.

I 'liked' your post because of acknowledgement....I sincerely don't like what I read at all. What a very sad story. Your sister Kacy looks like a nice and lovable person to me. If I understand it right you both felt betrayed. Kacy was kind of sucked into all of it. Everybody has their own reasons. In the end it can tell you something, but the result will be the same. You get lost and un-detached somehow. Once you are "there" it's so very very hard to come "out of it", especially if you have a "crowd" around you, who will pull you back in, over and over again. Your so called friends....the once that aren't....are going to use and damage your loved one...one way or another. It's tragic...and now your sister is missing for more then 2 years. That is very concerning...although you never know what is going on in somebody's life...if she is still out there (I want to stay positive and hopeful), she knows you love and miss her.....feelings of shame and worthlessness can stand in the way to contact you. Something more sinister could be going on...but for now....I hope the Universe is looking out for your sister and takes care of her. Good thoughts.

I think it's good to get the info about your sister straight....f.i. IMO the header of this threat has to change, to begin with. According to @cgarcia, Kacy's sister she went missing from downtown Spokane Washington, not from the Coeur-d'alene reservation. @cgarcia is there anything you want to add to this....did she told you, did you see her? Do you know what exact location she was, with who, what was she doing? To get a hunch of what might have happened to her it's good to know as much as possible about the circumstances around Kacy's disappearance.

Names can not be named in the open on here, it's not allowed for WS members to sleuth people just like that en post it here in the open. Only when there is an official POI this can be discussed. Please consult the mods if you are in doubt.

Also another question. What was already done to find her? Did LE investigated or your family? Any results?

@Bit of hope I appreciate your positivity and your good thoughts. It’s truly wonderful that there are kind people who are just strangers to me, could be so compassionate and show this much interest in the help to locate Kacy.. it makes me actually get teary… all ive ever been met with is the usual “lost cause” or “druggie” and etc. it’s nice to know that there is kindness left out there.

As for the situation of the missing persons on Kacy; They have it labeled that she went missing from the Coeur d Alene reservation because it’s our home. I hadn’t seen her for a long time, the last time I spoke with her was through messages on 3/19/2020. She never told me who she was with, or where she was at, she would only give me the general area she was in and when I last spoke with her she was somewhere in downtown Spokane Washington. I still wait to hear anything, weather it be information from tribal police, family, friends or the stupid rumors that may or may not be true that I’ve heard on and off that scare me so much that it effects my mental and emotional stress levels and I have panic attacks due to my anxiety. It truly has been such a hard and painful road for not just me but for my family.

nothing has been found yet and I haven’t heard anything at all lately.
