Nampa Police searching for missing 11-year-old

Nampa Police looking for an 11-year-old who has been missing since this afternoon.

The 11-year-old has been identified by police as Lizabella Caward, who is a female but resembles a male.

Caward is said to be developmentally delayed and is very thin with small build, brown hair and brown eyes.
