All five of the missing teens are believed to be runaways, and authorities said it’s likely Munoz-Razo and Keele are traveling together.

Hoffman..was last seen wearing glasses, a red plaid shirt and blue jeans. He also goes by Matthew M. Amaro, state police said.

I am not sure if it is the same person, as I cannot access most links due to legal reasons (this new EU legislation is a pain) but I found a Matthew M. Hoffman of Ammon, Bonneville County, arrested a year later for a DUI. I think he looks like the missing person, the age fits, although the height seen in the mugshot is a little bit off.
