Nigel Youngberg, 31, has been missing from his Emmett home since April 10th following a disturbance in the Tanglewood area. Officers stopped Youngberg near Highway 16 and Little Gem Cycle Park later in the evening, but he fled on foot and hasn’t been seen found since. Youngberg has some mental health issues. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid bathrobe, tennis shoes and jacket.
