MISSING WOMAN’S JACKET FOUND NEAR CANAL

The Idaho Falls Police Department confirmed that 85-year-old Patricia Dexter is still missing as of 9 a.m. Monday. Search and Rescue is searching the canal as police say her jacket was found near the water’s edge. Crews will resume the search today.

Apparently, she has been missing from a senior living center since 4 pm yesterday afternoon.

Idaho Falls Police and Bonneville County deputies still searching for missing woman

Stoddard says she was reported missing around 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon when her son came to visit her and she was gone.
Joelyn Hansen with the Idaho Falls Police Department says Morning Star staff found an article of clothing that belonged to Dexter near the Idaho Canal just down the road from the senior living complex.

This is heartbreaking as this lady is my mom's age and I know she needs her daily meds and her moods often change. I pray she is ok.
