Idaho reviews prison fire crews after inmate accused of rape
Idaho inmate Ruben Hernandez, 27, was set make his first court appearance Wednesday on a felony rape charge alleging he assaulted the woman after she rejected his advances Aug. 29.

He was a low level offender and while doing something good, allegedly raped a female worker at the fire. So now, all inmate fire fighting crews have been returned to jail.
