Someone mentioned that if Melissa gets the baby back she will have to struggle with the reminder every day. She will be reminded constantly that it was his father that killed her other son.

It seems like a lot of the key players here have double stabs. I mean this is CM second child killed, Melissa will have the pain of her son being gone, knowing that her boyfriend did it and seeing that killer in her baby every time she looks at him. Then of course DE senior has the double pains as well. Oh and lets not forget KM. He has lost two brothers to murder and probably raised without a mother. Things are just terrible for everyone.

I hate to say it but if MJ gets that baby back, unless she makes some major life-altering changes (seeks counseling, stops using drugs, changes her priorities in life and stays away from poisonous people), that child will likely turn out just like the Ehrlicks and Jenkins. It's a chain that's very hard to break, I'm afraid.

This one frustrates me because there are no answers. Caylees because there are too many and they STILL do nothing. They now moved back the trial to next year while KC sits in jail eating her Cherry Pop Tarts and in all probability little RM's murder sits eating Strawberry ones. We just never know!! WAITING!! I hate it!!

Well, there was an article from the Idaho Statesman today about a couple who brought their daughter into the ER back in May and they are just now being charged. Apparently the wheels of justice, particularly with respect to child abuse, turn very very slowly here in Idaho.

no arrest again today...REALLY?! i'm getting really frustrated with this one, Nevaeh and Lindsey's cases. i don't know if i'm expecting too much, but why aren't they leaning on DE hard? maybe they are? please let justice be served for these children.

I don't like to wait, I'm not patient at all. I just keep telling myself that there will be an arrest and it will result in someone going to prison and staying there for a very long time.

I have been here every day since Robert disappeared. I check here 2 and 3 times a day for news. I will not forget Robert and praying for justice for him. Most days I just do not have anything to add to the discussion, but do read every post.

DollyPardonMe I know what you are saying about Caylee. We waited and waited for her to be found and so many times we were let down. But she was found finally! And then we waited and waited for Casey to be arrested again, and instead she was in her lawyers office and on home confinement. For me the day she went back to jail was a good one! It all was exhausting but....at least we got a information about whether or not there was evidence to convict Casey. And Kathi Belich continues to dig! I have a good feeling about the case against Casey. It will take time but at least we know she is facing a trial eventually and finally behind bars.

With Nevaeh we had hope. And then nothing. The same with Haleigh and the frustration level is more about whether there will ever be justice.

This case is like that of Haleigh. Information is not forthcoming. And maybe some of that is that there aren't reporters or media folks out there dragging information out of anyone. Or, the players have been told to be quiet! So we sit and wait and worry.

I'm really not supposed to come here during the day but I do come and check for any tidbit of information about Robert. I think there are probably others who have exhausted their words of frustration but do come and check and wait along with the rest of us.

Gotta have faith that justice will come. But believe me I'm impatient too!

DE is spending so much time in hospital, I wonder who is paying the hospital & doctor bills? It ain't cheap!

I haven't had time to really check but I'm wondering what the law in Idaho is for PC when threat of a suicide. Is it 15 days, 28 days, 30 days? That would be interesting to know.

And I also wonder if DE has lawyered up???

Yes, SM numbers are going down. The same thing happened on the Victoria Stafford case. I was so afraid that WS'ers along with the media had forgotten this precious little girl. Things have really picked up now and she even has her own thread. Don't give up hope - everyone and more will come back!

I for one am here for Robert...til the bitter end. I have to see it through. I just have to know the minute they haul DE in.

I think I check KTVB at least ten times during the day, the Idaho Statesman equally as much. I check the warrants and arrests ....and we wait. I hope Robert is reaching down and guiding LE.

I agree 100%. When your under 2 and already been in foster care twice it speaks volumes. This is something that will keep going for generations until someone finally decides to break the pattern.

I, too, am frustrated that the murderer is not in jail. But we have reason to be hopeful, in that LE seems to be have an idea who isn't responsible--stranger abduction. My guess is that they are processing evidence and building a very tight case. Or at least that is my hope.

Where is BF?? Does anyone know for sure that he's in the hospital?? What's MJ up to? If she's not involved then that would be horrible knowing that your bf is responsible for childs death. For me anyway, but some women just stand by their man.
