Teodomiro (or Teo), a 68-year-old Boise man, was last seen leaving his home in the area of Cole Road and Mountain View Drive in the area of 36th Street and Eyrie Way just after 3 p.m. Thursday. The missing persons report came in that evening and have been searching for Teo since. He was last seen wearing a green winter jacket, jeans and a "fuzzy hat with ears." Officers have been searching on foot, with a UAV and other resources. Teo does not speak English.

Witness reports indicate Teo was spotted in the area of 36th Street and Eyrie Way at just after 3 p.m. that day. He was also seen on surveillance video Thursday walking near Quail Ridge Golf Course.

Teo Carhuas, went missing on Dec. 19, and was last seen in the area of North 36th Street and North Eyrie Way. As the search entered its second week.

Several years ago, a car crash left Teo with the mental state of an 8-year-old. His family is worried about his well being while on his own.

Teo can often be found at the Idaho Department of Labor. As an immigrant from Peru, he spent the last 20 years working odd jobs around Boise, sending the money he earned back to his family.

Another place to check is the Interfaith Sanctuary in downtown Boise. They have experience dealing with lost and vulnerable people, especially ones living on the street.

The Carhuas family says people shouldn't be afraid to walk up to Teo if they see him on the street. He likes to walk, and he's not afraid to speak with strangers.

Teo was seen leaving his home near Cole Road and Mountain View Drive last Thursday, wearing a green winter jacket, jeans, and a fuzzy hat with ears.
