For the duct tape, maybe. Not for all of the other things.

Will demonstrate that specific fibers from a certain, one of a kind jacket/sweater found on a girl's neck and face and hair, will NOT/can NOT be twisted into a garrote affixed to said neck.

P.S. "Sleuth" is a great movie for sleuthers.

Hey I wonder, if she did it, is there a scenario thats NOT sordid? IOW a scenario without pedophilia or bathroom habits? You know, something NOT sensational or crass that probably wouldn't sell as well?

You do realize how narcissistic it appears for you to think that people here at Websleuths put together reasonable scenarios because they are "sensational or sell well"?

  • #643
People hurtiing other people in a moment of anger is not very sensational. Nor is it crass. Nor is it about bathroom habits. Being about bathroom habits would put the onus on poor little JonBenet, wouldn't it?

It is, rather, about a woman who might have lost her temper. Maybe she lost her temper because she was stressed to the max, ill, tired, and couldn't deal with her daughter's trying issues. Maybe that involved her toilet training issues. Maybe it didn't.

I feel sure that NO ONE is speculating any scenarios because they are the sensational. But I have seen alot of defensiveness from certain folks whenever the scenario involves a less-than-picture-perfect mother and father in this case. There is alot of undue insistence that these particular people could NEVER lose their tempers. THAT's what I would call sensationalist and crass.

"There is alot of undue insistence that these particular people could NEVER lose their tempers."

Not by me. For all I know, PR and JR could have nasty nasty tempers. That neither puts the paintbrush in JR's hand, nor puts the pen and paper in PR's hand. You're missing that darned 'smoking gun' evidence, and instead now you have unknown male DNA in the inside crotch of JBR's underwear to deal with. I could go on and on about all the near misses RDI has with each and every aspect of their arguments. Just by luck you'd think one would've been a hit.

Experts say this case is atypical, the solution is going to be equally atypical.

Sadly, probably not.

(Have you ever heard the word disingenuous?

She lost her temper like UMI parents do everyday in the U.S.)

NOOOOOO! Never! Parish the thought!

Well, you've got a point. I certainly don't know anyone who likes sensationalism. Never see it used anywhere. We are a society too mature for sensational headlines, sensational sound bites, sensational promos. In fact, we hate sensationalism. Yea. We hate sensationalism.

I'm completely baffled. Is this whole post some narcissistic, self-inflating, nonsensical, cynical rant? Do you actually think you are being cute, or that this shows some kind of intelligence? Are you drinking, or just needing attention and don't know how to get it any other way?

So, in the cases that have involved 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, drugs, and incest, you are saying that people published information about the crimes BECAUSE they got off on the sensationalism, NOT because those were the facts of the crime? ????

"Patsy went from yes, it's John's to I don't remember if it is or not."

Can you tell me where you found this?
Thanks

It's in one of her interviews. I've read them all, will find it for you. Will you believe it then?

Well, not really. How narcissistic am I? Throw in a pinch of BPD, PMS, Hysterectomy Disorder, PTSD, OCD, A.D.H.D., IED, OBGYN, and ABCDEFG and you've got quite a mess on your hands. What office hours do you keep?

No. I am saying that no one would exploit the evil deeds we perpetrate against one another in this world to make a buck, ever. That's disgusting!

Hey dont' take my word for it.

"Virtually all JDI theories incorporate either prior sexual abuse or child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 as being motivating factors for the killing. In some theories, the killing was accidental--an erotic asphyxiation game gone awry; Cyril Wecht is the most well-known proponent of this idea. In other theories the killing was deliberate, motivated by anger or fear that JBR would blow the whistle on what had been going on. "

"And after being asked by a supermarket tabloid to weigh in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey, Wecht proposed that the death of the 6-year-old beauty queen was accidental, and wrote a book to back up his theory..."

Those who profess to know what happened from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM but weren't there to see it. Yet, we have almost by magic AEA, 🤬🤬🤬🤬, abuse, JBR 'blowing the whistle', etc. etc. Just about anything the imagination can come up with for those 8 hours, as long as the TABLOIDS LIKE IT.

Sometimes an orange is just an orange.

ONELOVE, I am still trying to understand my questions for you that obviously showed I didn't have a clue about all the illnesses and disorders that caused Patsy to kill her daughter. I cannot understand what I don't understand about them.

Only Patsy knows the answer to that one. Everything else is speculation, regardless of whether you witnessed it or not, or whether she TOLD you why or not.

So why bring it into the argument? Why don't you just tell us what you think?

Because he did. Let him ask it. What do you think?

Tell us more about Patsy's history of snapping, of having violent temper tantrums, of losing control, of white hot rage.

See, this is why you lose all your credibility. No one can know what Patsy could or could not do in regards to this.

The ONLY way you can credibly say she did not pick up a flashlight and smash it into her skull is if you were either there with Patsy during that time period or if you are the one who murdered JonBenet. I suspect you were neither. I suspect your manner of wording is either intentional arrogance or you're just bored and don't know how to get the other kids to play with you without being annoying to get their attention.

I was there.
I did it.

Yes, anyone as "impeccably dressed" as PR would be bathing daily if she lived in my part of the world, winter, summer, fall or spring. But that's not the point at all. The point is that she made a point of telling LE that she had not bathed that morning, as in "if I had something to do with the death of my daughter, there'd be evidence on my person as I have not bathed."

Oh dear another one!! Well, lets just look at what was said. The investigator asked her for a 'play by play' of what she did that morning, here's how it went down:

"TT: . . .and again as you (inaudible) on the 25th, kind of give us a, almost a play by play, minute by minute, what did you do when you got out of bed? Where was John at? That sort of thing. All the way through the morning to the afternoon. Let’s kind of take it, we’ll take it in little chunks.

PR: Okay. Um, we got up at about 5:30, I think. I think John got up first and I got up just right behind him and he went to his bathroom and shower. I went to my bathroom. I did not shower that morning and I just put my clothes on and uh, did my hair and makeup and uh and then I started down the stairs, John was still in the bathroom and went uh, I stopped kind of briefly there in the laundry room area um, and I remember the ironing board was up I think and I fussed around with this little red jumpsuit of JonBenet’s cause it had, had some spots on it and I was going to remember to do something with that when I got back and uh, so I had, I had the light on in there in the laundry room area and uh, um then I started down the spiral staircase there. I came, I had come back down, I’d come down the back bedroom stairs there. . .

TT: Okay."

So, I'm wondering what was she supposed to say? Do you think she should have just said "mind your own business, you sticky-beak!"??

Ok, she didn't shower that morning, as I said, perhaps she did before she went out the previous evening. Perhaps she showers once a week!! The 'fact' that she is "impeccably dressed" or vain as you are implying, and that this is also an indicator of guilt, is complete fantasy on your behalf. I think there is actually more evidence that she wasn't too tidy, again though, not an indicator of guilt or innocence, just a 'thing'.

Ah. Okay, I think I have it figured out now. See, I thought Fang was asking whether or not she cried as it was going down, not about her crying when the body was found. You have to TELL me these things, guys! You have to be specific. I'm not a mind-reader. Yeah, I'd say I was misinterpreted.

Why do I even bother refuting your unsubstantiated claims because when you are found wanting you invariably plead "I not understandie" or even better "you misinterpret me". Sure, sure!!

You've made it clear it wouldn't make a difference if I told you.

I wish you wouldn't pretend you know what the RDI thought process is, since you're obviously not interested in finding out anyway.

Then take it up with them.

You are spokesperson for RDI when it suits.

I pretend to know what RDI thinks because it is so simplistic, there is no real mystery. Whatever - it's RDI! RDI! RDI! all throw hats in the air and stand up, sit down!!
