If Caylee is found by TES, who will the A's "pin" it on?

I still think that CA will try and somehow blame JG.

As many times as they have changed their minds, they could say it was one person this week and another person next week. The biological father could rise from the dead if everyone else has an alibi.

I think TES's efforts next weekend will find EVIDENCE of Caylee's remains since so much time has elapsed. The A's can continue to spin who did this to precious Caylee, but I think there is enough forensis evidence that we are unaware of, and this will be 100% against KC.

I still find it hard to find sympathy for C&G after everytime they open their mouths, but no matter what happened to Caylee, KC is the only person responsible for her missing/disappearance/death. Aside from all the bs from the A's, KC will ultimately pay the price for what she has done to this little child. At this moment I am trying to find sympathy for C&G no matter what they have said, but the day is still early and I hope they do not open their mouths today to change my heart. Forgiveness and my prayers are with the A's, this is not a stable family under these circumstances....I think they are all the brink of a melt down. Justice will prevail for Caylee no matter what happens. If there is any forensics pointing to anyone else..........LE will be the first to followup on it.

(bold mine)

You are being very "generous" and I agree CA did nothing to directly cause her granddaughter's death--although as I've posted elsewhere ad infinitum, the ways in which CA's obvious (parent-centered or narcisisstic) parenting extremes failed to model and teach KC responsibility, accountability, respect for authority or truthfulness re her actions has in fact indirectly yet in an easily identifiable way contributed to creating the self-centered narcissist at best, sociopath at worst, who can readily be seen today. Whether one wishes to fully consider the ultimate effect of all of this upon KC herself and her current or future circumstances, regardless CA and GA themselves bear at least equal responsibility if their granddaughter's remains are never recovered as they have done nothing but collude with their daughter's lies while failing to cooperate in the investigation or to assist in the search. JMHO

I think Cindy has been trash talking Tim Miller so that she can try and pin it on him if TES finds her!

Crazy broad, wouldn't put it past her to try...

They will not name a guilty party but will blame LE, especially the detectives who have worked around the clock to break this thing open.

They will blame LE by claiming if only LE had searched for an "alive Caylee " instead of concentrating on building a case against Casey, then Caylee would be with us today.

Just one possibility...

I agree that CA will be most vocal in blaming either LE or N-squared (non-existent nanny). Since they haven't really talked about ZFG recently, it'll probably be LE who gets blamed.

i think it will be in the best interest of everyone to find out who the father is

if casey knows the who father is but says he is dead, they need to verify this and it could be done easily enough

the police can put a fork in the idea that the father's family had anything to do with the disappearance - by verifying once and for all who the father is

However you slice it, our judicial system is structured in a way that "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt" is required to return a verdict of "guilty".

It doesn't necessitate a great deal of savvy for even someone as unprepared as Baez is for a Capital case to see that introducing a plethora of alternate "possible scenarios" in the Media prior to the trial lays the groundwork more than adequately for "reasonable doubt" to be the Defense's main strategy in Court.

The stakes are also much higher in a Capital case, and Juries are under immense pressure from all fronts to return an accurate and just verdict based on evidence and not emotion. With the Defense making much of all of these unsubstantiated "Caylee sightings" all over the globe, it would seem to be fairly easy to muddle the situation enough for this to be really problematic for the Prosecution at Trial.

Let us all hope that if Caylee is found, there will be still be enough overwhelming evidence remaining with the body to bury Casey under the jail.

I think the defense is on a mission to nowhere. They may be able to cast minimal doubt but I cannot seriously consider that anyone could have a "reasonable" doubt once this is all said and done...Just the one single hair alone would seem to denounce "reasonable" doubt...

I think the Anthony's have NEW Suspect.

You could be right on that score. The mystery father could end up playing a role in this from the defense team. The prosecution finding him to insure that doesn't happen would be a good idea, but you have that whole proverbial needle in a haystack thing with her willingness to bed hop.

It would be great if someone who even suspects their son or the actual man could be the father to step forward to run DNA. I doubt it will happen, but this is where the defense has a leg up on the prosecution. Casey knows who he is.

OT: Karate Dad! Hahahahaha~ I never thought I would see a cow wrestle pure Bull#@*t! Good one!

I think they will make up a drug-mafia story and Casey saw or did something and they stole Caylee until she paid up. Since she did not, they killed Caylee.
I'm on the fence on whether they will find a body. On one hand, it would make sense to feed the body to alligators, but on the other hand, I can't see KC going near alligators - unless she tossed the body off a bridge into water.
I pray Tim finds the little angel. Ultimately, CA will blame media and LE.
