If George and Cindy truly believed in a Kidnapping, What are the Details??

  • #241
and if they were so so afraid of these terrible kidnappers why would they go on tv telling everyone where she has been moved to....texas, pr and whereever else they have claimed makes no sense.

Exactly!

Side 1: KC cannot tell anyone what she knows and the family cannot share info publicly because Caylee is in great danger and they do not trust LE or FBI -- so KC is prepared to spend her life in jail to protect Caylee.

Side 2: CA is very angry with a system that has wasted 4 months and is not actively looking for Caylee alive, the system is letting Caylee and the family down in not acting post-haste.

So what is known cannot be shared because Caylee is in danger and yet the system (LE, FBI, SWAT) is letting Caylee down because they are not acting on the info that CANNOT be shared with them. Hmmmm.

Pick one. Either keep your secrets CA and deal with the consequences or seek help from the system by first sharing the real 'truth'.

The general public are not stupid, as the A's like to believe.

I wonder if the PI didn't quit a long time ago. No real PI would continue taking money for things which can't be investigated. I believe it all to be a ruse.

I can't imagine that they ever had a PI, at all. I think it's JUST another one, from the As.

  • #243
Would a PI being searching for free? If not, how are they being paid? If they were paid out of the trust, is it public knowledge? Wouldn't someone have found out if they were flying all these places to look for Caylee? If it was my loved one missing and I had the money to go search, I would be flying myself to those places. Beth Twitty went looking for daughter and talking to everyone herself.

As others have pointed out:

1. There is no proof of life, else it could be shared and FBI help would be sought (even if in secret),

2. There is no known kidnapper or demands / negotiations, else it could be shared and FBI help would be sought (even if in secret),

3. There is no public appeal from the family, so kidnapper communications must be occurring in secrecy across covert channels and through trusted PIs.

4. Catch-22. If there is a threat to harm Caylee -- what is worse? -- to risk Caylee being killed or Caylee being abused daily?

5. If there is no proof of life then how does Team Anthony know that Caylee is still alive and not want dual tracks to search for her body, at the kidnappers hands?

6. Remember that there is a $225,000 reward yet no credible sightings that can be proven or documented that LE or FBI is investigating,

7. If Team Anthony know what they know why not share it with the FBI, if they don't trust LE and preclude KC spending time in jail and increase the chance of recovering Caylee?

8. How does KC or Team Anthony ever end this if their special PI team, better than the resources of the FBI cannot solve the fairy tale and bring Caylee home?

9. Anyone else you know, ever, spent their life in jail to protect the safety of a missing child and kept the story a secret?

10. Think of hostage / kidnap situations, have any ever been handled in this way where you ONLY trust your DA and his PI to investigate leads and a trail that cannot be shared with anyone else?

I guess we will have to wait for the finale at trial where all will be revealed, why then?, and we will all say, "now I understand, now it all makes sense."

Yes, if you look at the timeframe of when he said this, and then you listen to Cindy's statements to LE during her interview, which was in the same timeframe, and then you consider the messages Amy got which certainly seem to have been from Cindy considering what Cindy said in her LE interview and the content of the messages, it certainly does look like it's all part of the same package.

The theme of all of these was that because the plane trips to Puerto Rico were at different times, instead of them all traveling together, it somehow meant that Amy and friends had kidnapped Caylee to Puerto Rico.

What's funny is that it was Casey who scheduled the flights herself on the internet lol. LE tried to get that into Cindy's head in her interview, but she seemed too obsessively whacked out on this 'theory' to hear a thing LE was saying to her.

I believe the messages to Amy are in her LE interview, as being from an un-named friend. But do compare the messages to what Cindy said in her LE interview about the trips being scheduled at different times. It's practically word for word the same stuff.

Well I think that the whole abduction/kidnapping business is what will come back to bite them in the butt big time...Isn't that originally why the FBI was called in?

Which reminds me...Has anyone ever heard anything else about CA's report on "theft identity"?

Maybe the Anthony family used to play Clue alot while L&KC were growing up. Maybe thats where they got that it was Zanny the Nanny in the park with her sister. Yeah, yeah that's the ticket!:bang:

It IS! Zanny the Nanny is married to Col. Mustard.

HA....HAHA.......HAHA!!!!!! That was precious!!

The piccie is with the lost cell phone on KC's desk at Universal.

Yeah, and you might also fill the FBI in on what areas you, yourself have already searched in four months.

GRRRRR! I think that's almost what irks me the most. That this family meeps about LE not searching for a living Caylee in four months, when they have been on their collective azzes.

Any PI that did not bring them the results that fit the script would not last long! They would be a "waste-a huge waste" of time and somebody's money. They can't afford to let anyone in their inner circle that does not believe the way they do-because when they come out they could become a whistle-blower like LP did (thank God for that). They have run their mouths so much that they have basically painted themselves into a corner and probably feel cornered. But, it's kind of too late to turn back now-they've made their bed and now they have to live with it.

It was my understanding that there are more tips other than the ones from psychics. I thought that they were going to be released as well?

I submitted by email a tip that is not in the ones released. NO IT WAS NOT A PSYCHIC DREAM/TRIP - er TIP. Just some very important contact information I found in my research. Don't want to say too much here in case it is a viable clue.

I did state that I didn't want to be involved if possible and if by some chance reward monies were allotted to my tip, to please donate 100% to TES.

Probably if some of the tips are relative to the ongoing investigation, they will not release them yet.

You do know that you've totally peaked my curiosity now, don't you!??

What is so great about Casey or the Anthony family that there would even BE a comspiracy against them. They have little that could be used for a ransom. This huge conspiracy just doesn't hold water. It's a conspiracy that was even better than that alleged of the JFK assassination. Cindy claims it was a woman that no one seems to know about or to have seen. A woman with two children who is invisible. Children are required by law to attend school, yet no one can find this mother. People leave paper trails in their lives. ZFG cannot be a illegal or she couldn't have worked at Universal like Casey said. So there would be a paper trail of this person and y there is nothing. The only conspiracy is the Anthony family's lies to the media and law enforcement. It's not a conspiracy to take Caylee, it's a conspiracy to protect Casey.

I totally agree.

Sorry about peaking the curiosity of everyone but I felt I had to say that not all of the tips were released. I didn't ask to remain anonymous, I assumed that! I hope I don't get slammed with emails when/if they release!

I wasn't anything huge, just a contact I found that was altered the very next day. I luckily had saved it and the web address information by copy/pasting into a word doc that I saved in my Caylee file. I am thinking there are more than one of this person and found two other things I included about this person to prove that this was the right one.

I was driven crazy by what I found for WEEKS before I finally got the courage to submit it. I just KNOW it was very important so I had to do it. Way out of my norm...

It's odd to me that the A's would be getting actual sitings when the tips I've seen from LE are pyschic theories and nothing more. So no one called in sitings to LE but the A's are getting all kinds? Something is a bit fishy IMO.

And yet early on they were forwarding the tips to LE, that's what Cindy said; right?:waitasec:

I wonder if in her mind, KC making the reservations was supposed to be part
of some plan she was never able to bring together? If only to throw LE off... IDK what all she was thinking and I haven't tried to pull it together, but something about this sounds right to me.

If my grandchild had been kidnapped:
1. The minute I found out, I would call 911. CA first called about a stolen car.
2. I would give LE correct information sucha as the correct date of the last time I saw my grand daughter. (CA didn't give the correct date, LE had to prove to her the last time she saw Caylee was Father's Day, not the date she and KC gave.)
3. I would demand a sketch done of the alleged kidnapper. (OH, CA hasn't ever seen the babysitter that kept her grand child for 2 1/2 years.)
4. I would go to the media for help. (CA did this, not beneficial.)
5. I would go to the bank and re-mortgage my house awaiting a call from the kidnapper demanding a ransom. (The A's never received a ransom demand)
6. I would go to the places of any siting of my grandchild. (CA went to NY to be on TV)
7. I would beg and plead on tv for her safe return. (Ca has never pleaded with any kidnappers for Caylee's life.
There are no kidnappers here, just CA and her crew spinning and spinning and spinning until they think we are dizzy. I'm not dizzy, I can spin with the best.
CA needs to find a new tale to tell cause I'm sick of this one and her.

In the LE interview, Cindy seemed to be blocking out or ignoring the fact that Casey scheduled the flights. Maybe she thinks the friends somehow 'duped' Casey into scheduling separate flights. I don't know. She just comes off as extremely angry towards the friends, and suspicious to the point of paranoia towards them (IMO).

The conversation was very bizarre and surreal to me. The explanations for the separate flights are perfectly reasonable and understandable.

The other thing is that Casey kept telling the friends that she was also going, and kept on saying it until very close to the trip date, but Cindy didn't seem to want to acknowledge this either.

She had a story going on in her head she was obsessed with, and reason and fact just didn't matter to her. IMO from my impression of the LE interview.

I found a news report that said there are more than 2300 tips total.

I wonder if the entire A family isn't guilty of compartmentalized thinking. They separate each action in isolation from the whole.

They demonstrate this with their actions:
1. I only washed the pants because they smelled like the car.
2. There's nothing important in KC's medical records.
3. It's my JC Penny bill and there's nothing important on it.
4. The car needed to be aired out and cleaned.
5. We're just telling you what KC told us was true.
6. We only picked up KC's belongings from AL's house and sorted through them (and besides, that money in her wallet was probably what she took from me).

And they demonstrate it in their denial of KC's guilt:
1. Telling lies doesn't make you a murderer.
2. There might have been a body in the trunk but it wasn't our granddaughter.
3. KC just needed bonding time with Caylee.
4. Those party pictures were taken a long time ago.
6. ZG was probably just a name for anyone who was babysitting Caylee.
7. She can't tell us anything because it would put Caylee in danger.

They keep all these facts separate and isolated, one from another. This way all their deeds never add up and become tampering with evidence or covering up a crime or murder or even having to admit their granddaughter is gone.

Compartmentalized thinking; they refuse to (or can't?) put all the pieces together.
