If I Could Ask Cindy, George & Lee a Few Questions

My question for LE

Why wasn't Tony questioned futher about the time/date/location/ of the car on 6-20, the first time it ran out of gas.......& what did the car smell like ??

I also believe another reason that CA never reported Caylee missing before 7/15 was because Casey always had an excuse as to where Caylee was and why CA couldn't talk to her.

I think I heard maybe on NG -- I'll have to check for verification -- that the garbage truck that empties the dumpster at Amscot had a GPS and they've checked the landfill where the truck emptied its contents in the window when the car was left at Amscot and they couldn't find anything.

And when Casey was dragged out of Tony's without Caylee the first call Cindy made wasn't to report Caylee missing. It was a report about her car. Cindy only reported her missing and imo really started to believe she was missing after Casey admitted to not seeing her for 31 days

I was reading the timeline on another board and it said the Amscot tapes were recorded over.

Chance are, Tony, and Cindy and others were interview more than what they have release up till now. I bet that the interviews that are really incriminating are the ones that will be used for her murder trial...

Boy, have I! I've said it over and over and over. Had I been in her situation, I would've called in the troops about June 17th, 18th at the latest. I would not have called LE immediately, but I would've called the friends I knew to trace her to the friends I didn't know. And what about LA? He had enough connections to her friends to track her down. If that didn't work, and I can't see why it would not, when she called I would've demanded, yes demanded, that she brind Caylee home. Remember, she was driving their car. If she had not returned my car and the child by the 21st, I would've called LE and reported it stolen. I wouldn't have waited 31 days, that's for certain. For those who say, you don't know how you would react...baloney! I do know because I was faced with a similar situation years ago, and the stakes did not include a child. What was at risk was a rebellious younger sibiling who was behaving irrationally. I was far more worried about him than my car. .

Has this been asked before here or of CA in the past.....?

CA obviously knew something wasn't right when she hadn't seen Caylee in weeks, even blogged about it on Myspace. Confronting KC wasn't getting her anywhere, neither was GA or LA asking about Caylee. I just wonder, and I know hindsight is 20/20, but if she already knew she was angry/upset w/ KC over the c.c., etc., and her suspicions, why didn't she report Caylee missing earlier than 7/15? Like when she blogged on 7/3 'my Caylee is missing'. I just wondered if anyone asked her. I know if it was my mother in CA's situation, she would've been on the phone w/ the OCSO as soon as I wouldn't cooperate or tell her where my child was!

Also, I keep hearing LP refer to the Amscot dumpster on NG as possibly where KC disposed of Caylee's body.... if that was the case, wouldn't the cameras on the Amscot bldg. pick that up or were they not monitored or even worse recorded over?

I don't think she'd answer that important question.

Watching Part II of her CA's interview-- LE confronted her with the facts that many of the people of whom KC spoke did not exist, and almost no event that KC reported had ever happened. LE also presented her with a reoprt of KC's earnings. KC last worked in the 1st quarter of '06.

So, CA is sitting there, hearing that everything she thought she knew about KC is a lie. And, she's calmly saying, "OK, OK, OK."

I think the only concern, here, is protecting KC, and going along with whatever reality KC chooses to create. They KNOW KC is a chronic and compulsive liar, but somehow don't choose to disbelieve KC.

I'm STILL amazed that the child can disappearn for a month, and NO ONE called LE. But, the minute the CAR is impounded, all hell breaks loose!

I heard or read) that, too.

I think she had just finished disposing of the baby's body, when she stalled at Amscott. I don't think the baby was left at Amscott.

Tony didn't get near the car.

I agree.

Me too! Reported the car, then dragged the little b*** by the hair, thrown her in a chair, and told her she can get up when I know where the baby is.

Well...yeah...that would be how any NORMAL parent handles it. I would have been bald, bloody and beaten, if I had pulled that KC cr@p.

I second that. i cringe to think when I would see the light of day especially when I lived at home. AND I have immense respect for my parents because of it!! :)

Since June 15, did you see or drive in Casey's car? If you saw her car, what day/time did you see the car; where and how it was parked (far away from appartment or bar entrance)? If you drived with Casey - did you notice the smell?

Ditto. You just reminded me of something I haven't thought of in years. Our oldest was an "adult" as she liked to remind us. Well, her "adultness" went a bit too far into the "cocky" zone and we pulled rank over something much, much smaller than a missing child. We said, 'ok, Miss Adult. We'll be picking up the car at such and such a time.' Suddenly, she started seeing how right we were all along...

Don't get me wrong. We didn't hold the car over her head and blackmail her with it except for the one time when we felt it was absolutely necessary for her own safety. But yes, when a parent is desperate, or even concerned, there is rarely any stone that will be left unturned in a lot less than 31 days.

As for LE, I think they would have absolutely paid Casey a visit, if Cindy had called to express concern over a 'missing' granddaughter. They wouldn't have allowed visitation rights or anything like that, but they are known to safety check folks when a (usually an out of town) relative calls in concerned.

Wish my mom was as soft as yours...

I was reading the timeline on another board and it said the Amscot tapes were recorded over.

Do you know if that info on the timeline is explained? Such as where the info came from? That would be disappointing info if true. I know in the 400 page docs the video is requested by LE, but I've never seen any other information released about it. TIA.

I cannot believe she waited 31 days to do something. With all the technology out there she could've found kc if she really wanted too. One thing LA is a friend on kc's myspace. the little winch couldn't go a day without being on myspace. given that all her friends are most likely on there. LA could've contacted her friends and found her. My cousin went missing for less than 12 hrs after leaving a message they won't let me go and i don't know where i am. i started messaging every friend on her myspace, called the cops and filed a report. she did end up turning up the same day. she was drunk and her friends wouldn't let her drive drunk, and then she passed out. i found her threw a friend on myspace. I didn't talk to her for a month i was so pi$$ed.:furious:

i also would've been in the bars to find her.

That is almost exactly what my mother said if it were me pulling this with my kid (if I had one)

I called our local LE and asked this question. No they would not have done acheck. You can see if LE in Orlando would have - they are bigger than ours and I doubt they would have done a check either.

Maybe LE would have done a check, and maybe not. With all due respect, PB, it's irrelevant to the question posed. What does matter is that the A's would have tried. Except for poor GA chasing KC with his car, I have not read or heard anything to indicate that the family made what I would consider an earnest effort to find Caylee prior to July 15th. Or afterward, for that matter. And that just chaps my hide.

P.S. I wanted to kiss YM when CA said something like, "We're two weeks behind" and he replied, "No! We're six weeks behind." Those might not have been the exact words, but it's close.
