No, and I dont think i said that they took her to her pediatrician 30+ times to specifically treat SA. The 30+ doctor visits over a 3 year period, chronic bed wetting and Medical experts conclusions of SA are all consistent with ongoing SA...IMHO.

Why would the evidence be lost forever? They still have the tissue samples, autopsy report and photographs. I dont believe the medical experts opinions to be speculation .

Ongoing SA could easily be discovered by physician visits. Bed wetting and infections can occur in children who are being abused and can occur in children who are not being abused, therefore that data is inconclusive.

I speak very specifically to the idea that PR risked SA signs being discovered during healthcare examinations 30+ times over 3 years, yet also violently and grossly defiled JBR’s body to cover up or scatter blame for those same signs of chronic SA. That defies logic.

A thorough autopsy by 2024 standards with new understanding and research of signs of SA and other advanced techniques cannot be performed. There are many ways a crime scene like this would be analyzed more thoroughly today.

Think of the massive advances we’ve seen in DNA and other forensic techniques in the past almost 30 years. Those advances would allow for better analysis of this case. We didn’t even have high resolution digital photography of the crime scene or autopsy then.

Medical experts and forensic scientists disagree about many aspects of this case and blurry photographs don’t help us elucidate the facts. I hope this case is solved someday, but I don’t hold out hope because crucial evidence was not preserved.

Everything related to any potential SA of JB in this saga can be tied to, among other things, the mysterious repetitive Dec 7 or 17th calls to her pediatrician (whatever they were for and whoever made them), the Dec 23rd Xmas party (in which both DP and FW were present) and the mysterious 911 call from the house (that they said was made in error, yah right!), DP's mysterious last minute stand-by flight back to ATL instead of having booked ahead of time (during the holiday season no less!), the rumored gun pulling on FW by DP on the 23rd party as well. That is some intriguing stuff that you cannot ignore. No, no hard evidence, just gut instincts

But kidnappers are not necessarily pedophiles . Kidnappers are about the money - they don’t usually stop and sexually assault then kill - they are about securing the money by taking the child and getting out as fast as possible . Pedophiles usually don’t stop to write ransoms note.

I am going to reiterate what I have said before. If she was seen for as many urinary tract infections as reported, her doctor was very neglegent in diagnosing why they were occurring. Just the shear number of times she would have been on antibiotics would be concerning. UTIs are very uncomfortable and painful and could have contributed to her bed wetting. Why did he never find out why they were occurring? If that was my child, I would have found a new doctor after the 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13th ..... bladder infection. Why didnt Patsy seek out a specialist or why wasnt JB referred to one.
None of this makes sense.
PR didnt risk anything by taking her to the doctor. What the heck was the doctor thinking to let this little girl suffer with chronic UTIs for so long? Add vaginitis to the mix and I feel really sad for this childs suffering.

So my husband’s cousin used to get serious UTIs when she was a little girl. Her mother left her when she was a baby and she was left to her dad and 3 other kids. They were all devastated and sadly, kind of ignored teaching the baby how to properly take care of herself. She was in diapers way too long and once she could use the bathroom on her own, she didn’t wipe properly or change her underwear regularly. So, she got infections. When was Patsy getting cancer treatment? Was JB ignored a bit during that time?

Yes , sounds like there was a lot going on with things reading come to a head . it’s possible the grandparents or PR were concerned about JBR health , made the calls to Dr. and 911 . And maybe it was all going to come out and the perp would be exposed - hence the murder .
