I was looking through the missing people North America database, was later looking at the NamUs website... a LOT sounds like it COULD be a match, the the body was burned so how would you sleuth into it deeper? It does list that there were tattoos but the info on that would be released later, but it seems it never was... how do you go about finding out that information?
