Found Safe IL - Addison Windbigler, 14, poss left with 2 males in a car, Quincy, 22 May 2022

The Quincy Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing juvenile/runaway, Addison Windbigler. Addison is a 14 year old, white, female, 5'04, 130 lbs, with brown curly hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen in the 1400 block of Vermont during the late evening of 05/22/22.

Addison has a nose ring and was last seen wearing jeans, white Adidas tennis shoes, and a white hooded sweatshirt with gray stripes.

The police department is also seeking information regarding a vehicle that was observed in the 1400 Block of Vermont during the time Windbigler's was last observed at her residence. At approximately 11 p.m., a resident approached the vehicle on Vermont Street and spoke with two unknown white male occupants. The white males were possibly between 20-30 years of age.

Photos of Windbigler and the vehicle in question are included for release.

UPDATE: Missing 14-year-old from Illinois found safe

UPDATE: The FBI reports 14-year-old Addison Windbigler was found in Minneapolis, MN. She is unharmed and no further details are being released.

Addison has been found safe at a home in Warsaw, IL. Nicholas Foster, 20, was arrested on a sexual abuse warrant that was not related to this case. The police detective said that Foster will probably be charged with harboring a minor and possibly with luring on the internet. He won't be charged with abduction because Addison went willingly.
