I read an article that also said the mother was being charged in this death. Please tell me that isn't true.

Does anyone else find it odd regarding a couple of public groups he belongs to? Appears to be Thailand based. . .I might be off base, but couldn't help but think of trafficking (codes maybe). Seems mostly electronics but struck me as odd.

Well, their neighbor in Belleville was afraid of her. She would try to jump the fence to get to the neighbor and Jason would stop her. It's too early for me to declare that she is completely innocent.

IMO, from personal experiences with the family, I believe that substance abuse played a major role in their lives. :-(

“(The child) also stated that she does not know her mother, and only knows what her mother looks like through family photos her father has shown her,” Heredia wrote in the report.

One girl referred to Jason Quate as her father and to Elizabeth Quate as her “other parent” instead of as her mother, the detective wrote. That daughter “said the other parent is mean to her and yells and screams at her,” Heredia wrote.

The girls told interviewers that Elizabeth Quate did not live with them and only visited the girls during the day.

One girl told detectives her sister was Quate’s favorite child because Quate told her that and gave the girl more attention and “better gifts.”

“(The child) also said her dad was everything right now and no one else cares for her because her dad works from home and is with them all the time,” Heredia wrote.

The forensic interviewers also had the girls draw pictures during the interview. One of the drawings had a note that suggested a sexual relationship between Quate and his daughter. “I love my sexy dada soooooooo very much in the entire universe I miss u soo much,” the girl wrote in the note with purple crayon, with each “o” drawn as a heart.

I wish this article would reword the part about having sex with one daughter, he didn't have sex with her, he raped her.
