Just before 6:20 p.m. Sunday, police were called to a home on W. Wiswall Street for an unresponsive infant. When they arrived, they found 18-month-old Clylen Ewing unresponsive and not breathing.

As officers began investigating the incident, they saw three more kids inside the home with visible signs of physical abuse. Those kids were taken to a local hospital with minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
