That phone is a big tell. What is on that phone that dad has/had. Someone like the FBI should get a warrant to get that phone. There are ways to find every thing on it.

Could there be some type of text message on that phone which the dad has/had, which would be of interest to the authorities. Sooner or later, the truth will prevail. I am so sorry that this is happening.

Parents of missing Crystal Lake boy fight foreclosure of home

Lenders are attempting to foreclose on the home where a 5-year-old Crystal Lake boy was reported missing Thursday, court records show.

Andrew Freund and JoAnn Cunningham purchased the mortgage for their Dole Avenue home from Home Sites, LLC on March 14, 2017, court records show.

The pair failed to pay 2016 and 2017 property taxes on their home, however, and in July, Home Sites sought foreclosure on the property, citing defaulted payments in the amount of $98,909, according to a petition filed in McHenry County court.

The property was originally purchased by Freund for $137,500 in 1990, according to property records.

In accordance with a Nov. 21 court order, the home was sold at a Feb. 22 foreclosure sale. Freund is attempting to dispute the transaction and the matter is expected to pick back up in McHenry County court Thursday.

Another man, 36-year-old Daniel Nowicki, is also reported to have lived at the home some time within the past year.
Woodstock police arrested Nowicki in December, after he allegedly kicked and hit two nurses and a security guard at Northwestern Medical Hospital – Woodstock, while undergoing a psychological evaluation, Cunningham said in a Jan. 1 email to the Northwest Herald. Nowicki lived at the Dole Avenue address at the time, according to the criminal complaint detailing his arrest.

Nowicki was taken to the McHenry County Jail on Dec. 19, and remained there Monday evening on a $75,000 bond.

I can`t get little Andrew off my mind tonight.For some reason I feel an ounce of sympathy for the mom,she seems to have been in a lot of pain for a very long time and fighting a battle she just can`t win.Dad gives me the absolute creeps however.

And I am not sure that a pregnant woman can take one because it won't always show correctly.

I found some info regarding polygraph testing while pregnant or on certain drugs and medications.

From what I have been reading it sounds like pregnancy does not affect the outcome of a polygraph exam unless the fetus is making excessive movements or causing pain to the mother. It sounds like depending on the tester or the state they may not test pregnant women. There is some liability involved and the pregnant woman may need to sign a waiver form and depending on the situation provide a note from the physician that there are no pregnancy complications.

0503 - Yes. Any drug or medication that suppresses normal activity of the Central Nervous System (sedatives, anti-anxiety meds, blood pressure stabilizers, etc.) will reduce the strength of reactions found on the polygraph charts, resulting in a higher likelihood of inconclusive results. However, these medications will not change the outcome of an exam and will only serve to reduce the odds of resolving the problem. It would be our suggestion to test any person using these types of drugs or medications on a computerized polygraph which is capable of greater sensitivity than the analog version

0506 - It does not affect the outcome of a polygraph exam to test a pregnant woman unless the fetus is making excessive movements or causing pain to the mother during the exam. So many unanswered and/or confusing questions, and answers, regarding this case. This case is mind boggling to me because it does not seem too much is concretely known regarding circumstances surrounding AJ's missing status other than authorities seem to be insistent that AJ did not walk/run away nor is he being considered abducted. As usual the parents are being scrutinized and their history with Social Services is being looked at as well as drug use/abuse, finances, jobs, everything- and that is all well and good--but even answers or insights to these issues/questions seem confusing and I do not even know if answers to some such questions are really relevant or accurate.

I do not believe this little boy is alive, I have no clue when he really went missing, nor does it seem to me others really know, and I do not think anyone does other than the "parent" or "parents". I have no clue as to relationship dynamics the mom had or has with her "boyfriend" or "husband" and/or who the major players even are regarding this family.

Clearly there have been on going issues as evidenced by Social Service involvement and neighbors reported concerns, how Social Services responded is also questionable to me because of the bruise/bite reportedly caused by the family dog which I am not so sure was caused by the family dog.

A few days ago I posted saying that I thought mom would eventually "cave in" and disclose what happened as I personally have no doubt she knows. Now I do not think she will disclose anything more but, IMO, she knows everything.

My fear is, since nothing is really known, IMO, is that this little boy is now "long gone" and as time goes by determining where he is and what happened to him is likely not going to be determined for a long time to come unless his remains are located sooner than later or until that "significant player" tells all.

Any medication during pregnancy is dangerous. However the decision to stay on treatment for anxiety is the same as people who have to take category D drugs for serious physical illness, seizures, etc... our minds are no different than our bodies and your doctor and their team will decide if the benefits of taking certain prescription meds outweigh the risks of the meds itself. It’s not for me or for you or for anyone to decide. The doctors are the ones who decide and I’m being cared for at Mt. Sinai in NYC so I just trust my doctors. Like I said, I already feel guilty about it and have done every test in the book to make sure my baby is ok. We have to be careful when giving our opinion on these subjects as unless you are an OBGyn or a psychiatrist, we probably don’t know what is best in these scenarios.

In every pregnancy, a woman starts out with a 3-5% chance of having a baby with a birth defect. This is called her background risk. This sheet talks about whether exposure to benzodiazepines may increase the risk for birth defects over that background risk. This information should not take the place of medical care and advice from your health care provider.

What is a benzodiazepine?

Benzodiazepines are medications that have been used to treat anxiety, sleeplessness, seizures, muscle spasms, and alcohol withdrawal. Diazepam (Valium®), alprazolam, (Xanax®), clonazepam (Klonopin®), temazepam (Restoril®), and lorazepam (Ativan®) are some examples of benzodiazepines, but there are others. While it is best to study medicines individually, benzodiazepines are often studied together during pregnancy.

Should I stop taking my benzodiazepine once I find out I’m pregnant?

No. You should always talk to your health care providers before making any changes in your medication. If you suddenly stop taking your medication, you could have withdrawal symptoms. We don’t know what effects withdrawal would have on a pregnancy. Your health care providers can help you decide if the benefit of taking the medicine outweighs any possible risk to your pregnancy.

Will taking a benzodiazepine medication make it harder for me to get pregnant?

It is unknown. There have not been studies looking at whether benzodiazepines, as a group, can make it harder for women to get pregnant. Ask your health care provider or a MotherToBaby information specialist about your specific medication.

I’ve heard that benzodiazepines can cause birth defects like cleft lip and palate. Is this true?

Probably not. Some early studies suggested a slight increase in the risk for cleft lip and/or cleft palate if a benzodiazepine was taken during the first trimester. Since these early reports, there have been studies and reviews that have not found any increase in birth defect risks.

Can taking benzodiazepines cause other pregnancy problems?

It is unclear. Some studies have suggested a higher rate of preterm deliveries and low birth weight in infants when women take benzodiazepines during pregnancy. However, not all studies found these risks. More research is needed in order to answer this question. It is possible that other factors, not the medicine, were responsible for these findings.

I need to continue taking my benzodiazepine medication. Will it cause any harmful effects in my baby after birth?

If you are taking a benzodiazepine near the time of delivery, your baby may have withdrawal symptoms. These include difficulty breathing, muscle weakness, irritability, crying, sleep disturbances, tremors, and jitteriness. It is important that your healthcare providers and your baby’s pediatrician know you are taking a benzodiazepine. This is so extra care can be provided should your baby need it. If symptoms develop, they usually resolve over a few weeks as the drug leaves the baby’s system. This is not expected to have any long-term effects.

Will taking a benzodiazepine have any effect on my baby’s behavior and development?

It is unclear. Very few studies have looked at the long-term effects on children exposed during pregnancy. One human study suggested that children might be more likely to show certain behaviors, such as fearfulness and social withdrawal. However, more long-term studies are needed to understand if there are any concerns.

Someone told me not to take my benzodiazepine with my allergy medication diphenhydramine. Why not?

One human report and some animal data have suggested that the combination of temazepam and diphenhydramine (Benadryl®) may increase the chance for stillbirth or death shortly after birth. It is not known if this interaction will occur with all benzodiazepines. To be safe, it is best not to take diphenhydramine while you are taking a benzodiazepine.

Can I take benzodiazepines while I am breastfeeding?

It depends. Some benzodiazepines are not recommended during breastfeeding because they stay in the body a long time and might cause sedation (sleepiness) in a breastfed infant. If a benzodiazepine is needed during breastfeeding, it is best to use one that is removed from the body rapidly. When using a benzodiazepine during breastfeeding, watch your baby for sleepiness, low energy, or poor suckling which may be signs your baby is getting too much of the drug. If any of these symptoms are seen, discuss them with your child’s pediatrician right away. Be sure to talk to your health care provider about all your breastfeeding questions.

What if the father of the baby takes a benzodiazepine?

An increased risk of birth defects or pregnancy complications is not expected when the father of the baby takes a benzodiazepine. In general, exposures that fathers have are unlikely to increase risks to a pregnancy. It’s very common for LE to get search warrants for cell phone and cell phone tower records from the carrier, cell phone and/or cloud.

Messages, pictures, emails (all of it), can be retrieved from the Cell Provider without the actual phone.

I've followed several cases here in Canada where cell phone data has provided a trail of locations that the perp travelled via pings, as well as videos, pictures and text conversations that put a nail in the coffin (thankfully).

From past experience they won’t prescribe Xanax when pregnant. I was pregnant when my dad fell off the roof of his home and died, already had anxiety which was being treated with quetiapine and sertraline my doctor actually rang a psychiatrist at another hospital and he said they couldn’t give me anything benzodiazepines are a big no no in pregnancy. Not saying that she’s not going to easily find it on the streets though it seems as though she’s accustomed to self medicating IMO, pregnant or not sadly.

I wonder if the brother knows important details about what happened the night AJ disappeared....

Is this true for a “burner” or disposable type phone? Lots of people use these as their regular phones and it’s been my impression that they do not have the same tracing/data storage capabilities with the carrier. But that may not be correct. I think it is no coincidence that the phone is gone as well as the child. MOO.

They didn't find Andrew alive and well OR deceased at the home so there is a need to look elsewhere for him
I'm thinking they are looking for evidence or a body but I would love nothing more than to be wrong. I just don't feel they are checking parks and bodies of water for a child that's running around playing after running away from home days ago.

Yep....agreed. it all changes when looking for a body. They need more people.
